Normally a consistent across all McDs is the misery each employee seems to carry (and fair, given the volume of customers and negative incidents they probably often deal with). This includes this location, which I often go to, BUT today every single employee (3) I spoke to in the drive-through was absolutely lovely - polite and friendly AND my order was done well and on time. So refreshing to have such a positive experience - shoutout to the Friday lunch team!
They charge for cups for water, a fist for McDonalds even though I had a meal. Was not overly busy but the staff don't seem well trained in customer service or maybe just squeezed/not treated well by their management. No tissue dispenser or ketchup, bathroom is dirty, service is probably run by a cheap management. A bit odd asked for extra cream for my coffee and instead of being offer packaged cream they took my cup and topped it.

UPDATE: They haave changed the place completely. No more long waits, consistently sweet staff and food is always fresh and properly assembled. Glad to see the store doing better
