i ordered Extra onion and ketchup for my McDouble but end up there’s super little onion and super little ketchup for my sandwich. Just a simple request but they still cant follow.

This location is the WORST definition of fast food. I’m actually still standing in the line waiting for my order and it’s been 25 minutes. There might be 6-8 people ahead of me. lots of scrambling going around, but no one really doing anything

LeAnne? Tall, skinny, older black lady? Horrible service every time. If she’s ever here when I ask for something made fresh, she doesn’t do it and claims she did even though the food is obviously lukewarm/stale 💀 White lady with the colourful hair is very pleasant

Store manager ,very rude, Serving old food , very cold. Taking orders from her friends on her owns cell phone calls. She Gave me very old fries friends 1:35 pm , 2024/25/Oct. Wen I asked her to change coz I was waiting there more then 15 minz ,I was in front watching her,, what she doing, she was packing mobile orders with old and cold food. From last 15 minz she made fries only once ,but she was serving old fries to everyone from other container. Wen I asked my fries r cold she lied and she kicked me out ,she didn't even listen what I'm saying she walked away. I go this locating every day 7 days in week. But this very very disrespectand worse experience. Maharr has no name tag . But she is racist. She has braids . That's inly know but to much attitude and rude behavior. Oct 27/24 4:25pm again same manger , done samething I asked other girl to replace my fries then manager jumped in and said oh I'm the one who gonna replace but I'm not replacing ur fries. The I had to go far location from my house. My child was waiting for food .I hope head office will do something about that racist manager. It was my last visit, plz all who is reading this mobile order always old food ,specially fries...

rude service. asked for a new coke because my order took forever to make and my coke went flat by the time I received my order. Black girl with the braids was extremely rude and dismissive “it’s just a coke it’s coke” then she walked away. I think she was the manager too, which is even more upsetting. tried the coke and it was indeed flat and watered down. asked a very simple thing and got a very rude response. the cashier was nice enough to get it for me after I asked him. 11:45 am on October 27. you should really have a conversation with your staff about their attitude. judging by the other reviews, this type of service is not a one time thing at this location.

They need more workers. There's only a handful of workers, and customers have to wait long to get their food.
I specifially bought 2 medium coffe for monopoly game but they gave me regular cup and said you have to buy large coffee for monopoly that's rubbish

Male manager is good but the female one in morning very rude I spent $100 in two weeks at McDonald’s food at this location one time I got wrong drink I asked the female manager to fix it she called me a liar I was like you for REAL!!!
