Worst place! They don't honor their own promotions. They forget ingredients in their sandwiches. I came in and spend over $50 during the promotion. The only employee working said she would give me the complimentary sandwich on my next visit bc she couldnt change on the system.
I walked in today and they asked me for my receipt...who keeps a receipt.

Ordered Meltwich through Uber Eats and it was delicious! The Chicken Nashville and Philly Steak sandwiches were hot, perfectly melted, and full of flavor. Quick delivery, great quality, and the staff even wrote a nice note on the bag, definitely will order again.

Been going here for 3 years. Customer service is great. Portion and flavour are worth price. People complaining the burgers are the same size as a junior mcchicken haven't been to McDonald's in a while. The taste is much better, and it's much more filling than a mcchicken. Takes a while to get your order cus it's made on the spot, but it's usually worth it. How good it tastes depends entirely on who's preparing your food. So it might not taste AS good all the time, but generally tastes good.

the place smells like a sewer when I walked in that should have been my first clue but then I was informed they didn’t have any poutine or beef burgers which I was happy about because I couldn’t get past the stench the fact this establishment has employees working in that smell should be criminal avoid at all cost

I came from Niagara Falls for my test in the area and stopped by Meltwich on Nov 2 — so glad I did! Tried the Mac & Cheese Wedges and the Southern Fried Chicken Melt, and both were super tasty. The wedges were crispy and cheesy, and the melt had juicy chicken with perfect flavor. The girl at the counter was really friendly, and the store was clean and welcoming. Great comfort food and great service — totally worth the stop!
