No sample cups, defeats the whole purpose of making your own froyo. First time i’ve seen this— wasnt like this when i last visited.

Horrible & Dissapointed at the service here. Waste of money going to this location, will visit Woodbridge next time! Only 1 lady working there when my family and I visited. This staff member wasn't happy to see us walking in! She never greeted us, she kept cleaning around us and washing the dispensers etc while we were making our cups. She never acknowledged us, when it was time to pay she didn't say a word except from our bill. Then while our transaction was going through she went a few steps away and proceeded to make a smoothie was a customer for pick up. No words at all to us not a thanks not a goodnight not even a glance. Oh and to tip it off, when our recepit came out the debit machine she expected us to just pull it off ourselves, WE ABSOLUTELY DID NOT! Do not go there find another location & save your dignity and $$. This staff member thinks she's doing us a favor by working there?!?

This is the worst Menchies I've ever been to. They don't have all the sauces, barely any toppings and the one flavour tasted faintly of sour milk. Menchies is not cheap and the selection and quality should be way better than what you'll get at this location. Save your money and go somewhere else. I will never go to this location again.

The froyo was already melting as it was coming out of the dispenser. The toppings were old and stale and many of the bins were empty or almost empty. Paid way too much for what we got. There was no one at the counter when we were ready to weigh our bowls so they melted even more. It was like half soup by the time I got to eat it. Very disappointing for Menchies. Then again, this is Brampton.

Absolutely brutal. Only one of the frozen yogurt dispenser was working. Tables but no chairs outside to sit. First and last time we will ever go to a Menchies.

Encountered a rude worker, first walked into the store no one was in sight. After a minute a young lady walked out of the back with a headphone in her ear. Worker knew nothing about the flavours. She answered questions like I was an annoyance in the store. I tried to ignore it and proceeded with self serve, that is when the dispensing nozzle came right off in my cup… that is when I left. customer service atrocious machines not working

Nice desserts but they need to fix the tables... Please bring back the pistachio flavour!
Very nice flavours and a lot of options. I always go overboard with toppings because there are so many! I love it. They also have cheesecakes which are really tasty. In my recommendation, go for fruity flavours. But of course if you prefer something chocolate or milky then that's good too!

okay, this has to be the worst menchie's i have ever been to, and believe me, i've been to a lot. there were hardly any flavours. machines were out of use, leaving like 3 or 4 that were "working"? maybe, i'm being generous and those were on their last legs. the toppings looked like that they'd been sitting out for a week. it was honestly so disappointing. i was so excited about this place, too, when i learned it was relatively close.the girl hated her job and i can't even blame her for it.

I just had the BEST experience at this location, all because of a lovely young lady named Jasleen. She was so helpful, kind and patient. It was my first time here and I’ll be back knowing an amazing employee like her will be serving me.A+ To Jasleen!!

Menchies is officially my favourite spot for a frozen treat this summer!I absolutely love their DIY concept...1st step: Choose from a variety of frozen yogurts (Vanilla yogurt shown in my picture)2nd step: Choose your toppings (walnuts, peanuts, coconut flakes and drizzle of oreo shown in my picture). Payment is based on weight.Kids and adults will love Menchies. I literally felt like a big kid while making dessert, lol. I'm Looking forward to another visit..??
