The milk teas here are lactose free and delish! No extra charge for it because their creamer is lactose free. The flavours are great and a lot of options to choose from. I highly recommend this location :)

Service was fast and friendly. The drink was horrible. Inedible didnt tatse of coconut or tarro just like sugar and ice.

So far the one lady that I’ve seen has been very nice and welcoming. Great music taste that gives the place a nice vibe. The smoothies and classic boba tea are always good, the place is also clean which I love. Haven’t tried the food yet but there’s lots of options !!

Was some blue haired girl on the bigger side I gave her a $20 bill on a ~$8 order and she didn’t give me my change back and automatically assumed it was a tip? I’m sure she did that because I’m younger and thought I wouldn’t ask for change or wouldn’t notice. I even asked for the change but she said she couldn’t because it’s already in the register or something (mind you, she said that as she was putting it into the register). Don’t know what her excuse could’ve possibly been since there was no rush. The drink was good though.

Hi there, this to whomever was performing the shift on Sept 1, 2025 at 12:40PM. Please train the person on how to pack cheesecake slices in the plastic bag. I was given 5 slices all sideways and upside down, luckily the cake was not damaged, I had to reshuffle the cakes by myself and carry it out if the shop. There is a level of common sense when packing something delicate for the costumer. I was not going to argue and teach your employee on how common sense works at that time.

The service here is good. I order frequently since it is closeby. I order the same drink each time. However, the quality is hit or miss. Sometimes the tapioca is too hard/soft, or the drink is less/more sweet. Overall, it is a good bubble tea spot and I will continue going. I don't dine in here, but they also have some desserts and seating available for customers.

Ordered a brown sugar milk tea, tapioca was hard..never experienced that before...used to visit many times but quality has gone downhill last few visits, l don't recommend.

Got sick! drink prep or improperly prepared tapioca pearls (raw and under cooked) caused wife and I to get sick after having our drinks. Strongly recommend not getting anything from here.
Updated after reading owner reply - Both of us got sick after having the drinks, tapioca pearls are supposed to be soft and chewy not hard. Something in your drink made us sick if you don't think its the tapioca pearls please look into the rest of your ingredients.

Worst drink tried the dubai chocolate tasted like watery milk i could get better at convenience store pls do better A drink for 9 bucks should be atleast premium no pistachio no kunafa and the ice quantity compared to the quantity of drink was ridiculous do better
