Mo'Cha Bubble Tea-Dewside

I ordered 2 things: regular milk tea with brown sugar pearls and matcha milk tea with red bean, both hot, both less sugar. Sounds simple right? I also don't understand how so many problems came from this.

Let's start a list:
1. Milk tea was cold
2. Girl didn't bother to mention that they don't have red bean when I ordered and just didn't put it in. Then lied and said I wasn't charged for the topping.
3. The milk tea was remade hot with full sugar
4. The milk tea had no pearls in it at all the second time

Crazy. I didn't know you could be bad at making bubble tea but here we are.

Also, the bathroom had no soap, and the whole place had no hand sanitizer. Pretty gross.

Not sure if the place was bought by new people or something but the quality used to be good. Sharp decline since my last visit though.

Drinks are sometimes a hit, sometimes a miss. It satisfies the craving if you're close by and don't want to venture too far.

The take out tray they use is too shallow to actually hold the drinks in, just be careful.

Not that great. Flavour is aritificial whereas real seasonal fruits should be used.

I asked for minimal sugar, but they use slush syrup from which they don’t have control over the sugar levels. It’s not like other authentic places.

This is the best bubble tea i have ever had. Tbh i am a bubble tea lover and this was the best one .
And i also wanna appreciate ASHLEY here . She is doing amazing customer service, the way she talk to the customers and she is just amazing at her job.

Went In to get a brown sugar milk tea, firstly the employee was so rude. I spent 7.50 for a regular size tea to taste plain and so bad . The tapioca was warm. Terrible shop which is over priced for no reason

This is my go to place ! Always excellent costumer service and I got great drink recommendations from Anne, she was so helpful and kind. She made my drink so fast. The ambience is so cute!
