Had a very disappointing experience yesterday, pizza had barely sauce on it , it was fully covered with badly cut veggies. Ordered a butter chicken pizza but tasted like just eating a normal cheese pizza. Moreover staff was highly unprofessional, the guy at front was on his phone all the time, he is zero at customer service. The owner should have a look at the store’s performance otherwise shut the store or change the staff. Never thinking of coming back again.

I had a really disappointing experience at this pizza store. The staff were unprofessional, openly bitching about customers, which was extremely rude to hear. On top of that, the pizza itself was uncooked, and the veggies were chopped so badly it looked like zero effort was put into it.
Honestly, this place needs to seriously improve both their customer service and food quality. Definitely not coming back.

I am a regular customer here. But because of my recent experience, I'm not ordering here anymore. While I was eating, I noticed a short hair on my pizza. It was disgusting and I almost puked. All people working here should wear a hair net including the cashier.

Called 45 minutes before closing. Their staff simply responded that they are closed for orders. Upon asking the time for their last order. She just said that they have shut their ovens off and started laughing with a coworker, ignored and hung up the call. Very rude and unprofessional

Have to put bad review bcuz Coming here since i was so young never used to disappointed but now, They give away 1 day old slices if you tell them they say it was made in morning. I used to work at a pizza place i know how long pizza has been sitting! My grandpa had to eat a old slice :(
Second time came 8pm they said no more slices, Brother what is this customer service many people want slice after work, but unfortunately cannot. how great
Third time came with buddies and one guy didn’t want to serve us because they were closing yet shop was open for 11am, I even offered to pay extra but yet no had attitude.. aa hun ki aa?

Worst pizza in gta used to be good but now avoiding going to this place anymore. Customer service also not up to mark. I don’t now lady was showing attitude. Honestly owner should look into in it atleast maintain your quality or otherwise shut down store

Came here with cash as I know they charge fee on credit card if under $5. Ordered Veggie slice from the counter. I gave her $5 cash and she put it in. She gave me the pizza and I asked her how much was the slice and she said $4. I said I gave her $5 and got back no change. She then opened her cash box and gave me $1 while speaking to her colleague. I stood there and then told her atleast she needs to apologize while returning the change which she didn't give initially. She said I told you sorry and comtinued to speak with her colleague....I left it there but she didn't say sorry nor have any expression of guilt. In general no Hello or Thank you to a customer. But the bigger issue is to how many customers has she not returned the change! Terrible way to earn. Date - 31 Jul at 7pm.
