Food is good no doubt but staff needs more training to run the business . No smile,no thank you and no effort in customer service. Washroom was spotless clean and overall it is neat and clean place .

I really like this place i came every week twice here but today i visit here. i gave all order by call the girl on front just messed up everything she was so so rude. May be she is new here she don’t even know how to talk with customers. Her name may be was indu something. guys you need to give proper training to your new staff. Everyone here is so good.

Tried Momo2Go at Park Place and absolutely loved it! Went for the vegetarian momos and tried both the steamed and fried options — each one was delicious and packed with flavor. The momos were perfectly cooked, fresh, and really satisfying. Friendly service and a cozy spot too. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic momos!

I ordered the Momo 65 and chilli chicken. Momo was flavourful but the chilli chicken was so disappointing! Nowhere close to a classic chilli chicken that we order from any hakka restaurant. Just in case someone was planning to order the chicken, its a heads up not to waste your money but otherwise the food was fresh and hot.

Never seen such a CHEAP place before. There was a simple miscommunication between us and the server on the flavour of momos we wanted, which can happen anywhere. However, instead of handling it politely and helping us fix the order, the staff refused to replace the food and created a scene by blaming us for not double-checking the screen. It wasn’t about who made the mistake, but about how poorly it was managed. Good customer service means resolving issues with understanding, not defensiveness. Unfortunately, this experience left us very disappointed. The store had no manager present, however to make a minor decision the staff should be well trained as well.
