Went here on Saturday November 9th 2024 around 7 in the evening. The food was alright but the service was horrible. Our server (I can’t remember her name) was polite but after the bill was paid in cash, she got upset about the tip we gave. She didn’t say anything but we saw the expression on her face and she didn’t even say bye. I have been to Montanas many times and usually the servers always say goodbye and don’t make any type of facial expressions. We tipped her a fair amount- even though the service was crap. It was mostly other people serving us. I ordered the vodka lemonade drink twice with no ice and was given ice.
If you are going to be ungrateful about the tip you get, then this line of work isn’t for you. People tip what they can afford and people tip based on the service they receive.
