I came here with my sister-in-law and my pregnant wife on Dec 6, 2025 for dinner.
Tooba was our server and she took a very long time (maybe 30 minutes) to get us water after we requested it. My wife had very bad nausea and heartburn which was getting worse as she waited for food to arrive. At one point she had to lie down on the booth seat to feel better. Later on my wife suggested that we leave because acid was coming up her throat and making her feel like she would throw up any minute. The food took so long that we asked a different server to check up on it.
This server gave us our food and told us that it was just sitting on the counter in the kitchen.
I'm not sure what Tooba was doing but leaving our food there and making my wife wait so long that she has to lie down is unacceptable.
After we finished our food my wife thankfully felt better. We asked for the bill and some containers which took another 15 minutes. Another server ended up giving us our food containers and she asked who our actual server was. We told her it was Tooba.
Overall Tooba could have done much much better and if other servers at this location treat their customers similarly, I would recommend everyone to stay away from this place. Just because of Tooba, I will be very hesitant to come back.
