Experience went disappointing Waited 20mins for food preparation that too while ordering at drive thru. Classic chicken was still not cooked properly.
Not Recommending to people who really wanna have a Good meal after a hectic day

Seems the Owner doesnt finds any 1 star rating and reviews legitimate.
I would have actually written a paragraph about the employee hiring structure and their views on kicking people out: but dont wanna waste time. The restaurant anyhow has no such high sales and profit. Owner should themselves come and experience the nature and environment in the kitchen and their training structure. Just one advice: Hire a better trainer coz trainees are kicked out without being taught what actual the work is. I would write a better explanation: lemme know where i can reach the owner and not Kritika.

I would like to give 0 star if there will be option. Worse service offered by Kritika may be the supervisor. I think such supervisors results in the downfall of this franchise. Such a rude , arrogant that lady is. I have been there a couples of times and observed her misbehaviour. I dont know why Mr Greek hasnt taken any action and terminated this lady who is misrepresentating the franchise at front desk.

The cashier was super friendly and welcoming, and the whole staff was exceptional. The food was delicious and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to!

They cant handle 2 car orders at one time: no doubt these workers have ruined the reputation of the restaurant. They keep talking while the window is open and still have no sense of apologizing. Who is the owner ? Why cant you just hire better people. Too slowww Extremely slow department There is no speed and no sense. I waiting for 20 mins Why the hell open a drive thru? When there is no meaning of express checkouts.

Speed?? Do they even know their meaning. I wish i knew the name of the girl at the counter. She kept apologizing? I mean bro make the damn food. I saw 3 pickup people waiting and still their food was not ready after 15mins. The entire front staff kept rushing. Unorganized system. I dont recommend this ever Food tastes burnt Prices are too high and people working are too slow. Need better management. I would never visit a place where staff is too loud in shouting names and cant work properly. The girl is too rude and if she was the supervisor : high condolences to the staff members. I would rather manage it better. Atleast have some courtesy: uh aint the owner.
