Food is great. People are polite, nice, and knowledgeable about their food. I would say patient too because we changed our minds a few times. So many great choices! The place is clean with no sticky tables. Long tables for groups but also reg and booths. You order at the counter and then they serve you at the table. I forgot to take a picture.

VERY SLOW! The lady told me the food would take 25-30 minutes but they took more than 45 minutes to make my order. Also VERY TERRIBLE WITH PRIORITIZING as they made orders for Uber Eats, DoorDash and Skip The Dishes drivers first before us! SO WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Tried the falafel plate with roasted veggies and Greek salad. I selected 'no' for the pita bread. They sent it anyway.
Normally, I'd be okay with it, or save it for later. Unfortunately, due to medical reasons, my appetite has greatly reduced. And, so I have to toss the bread since I can't share it with anyone either. Shame. Wish they would take delivery requests seriously. Especially when it's an option you manually have to select....

I wish they would state that their chicken souvlaki has wheat added right on their menu board. I ordered the Chicken souvlaki dinner. As I ate it I started to have difficulty speaking and breathing. I have an allergy to wheat. I always order Chicken Souvlaki it’s always been one of my safe foods when out. It’s chicken grilled and potatoes baked and salad. Until now. After arriving home I had to take Benadryl . I called the store and asked do you have wheat in your meal. Yes I was told they use it on the chicken . I guess that’s why they don’t need skewers. I assume they use it as a binder. That should be stated right on the menu board . I don’t know about you but I’ve never had my chicken souvlaki to contain added wheat. It’s always been just chicken. I’m 62 and eat this as one of my safe foods. It’s not common to add wheat to chicken souvlaki

Kritka was amazing she made sure all my food was freshly made and she gave me large portions , this was honestly some of the best tasting meals I’ve had in a bit , thanks will be back tommrow

Experience went disappointing Waited 20mins for food preparation that too while ordering at drive thru. Classic chicken was still not cooked properly.
Not Recommending to people who really wanna have a Good meal after a hectic day

Seems the Owner doesnt finds any 1 star rating and reviews legitimate.
I would have actually written a paragraph about the employee hiring structure and their views on kicking people out: but dont wanna waste time. The restaurant anyhow has no such high sales and profit. Owner should themselves come and experience the nature and environment in the kitchen and their training structure. Just one advice: Hire a better trainer coz trainees are kicked out without being taught what actual the work is. I would write a better explanation: lemme know where i can reach the owner and not Kritika.
Worst experience. The supervisor Kritika act like boss lady keeps shouting at employees. The customer service and food quality is not good.

I would like to give 0 star if there will be option. Worse service offered by Kritika may be the supervisor. I think such supervisors results in the downfall of this franchise. Such a rude , arrogant that lady is. I have been there a couples of times and observed her misbehaviour. I dont know why Mr Greek hasnt taken any action and terminated this lady who is misrepresentating the franchise at front desk.
