On Sept 20th, 2025 around 4:45pm, I ordered 2 boxes of 6 stuffed puffs: • Apple cinnamon with Bueno stuffing • Cappuccino crisp with strawberry stuffing
I waited about 20 minutes for my order. When I got to my car and started eating the apple ones, I immediately noticed there was no Bueno stuffing inside. I could see the hole where the cream was supposed to be, and even a little around the outside, but the puffs themselves were completely empty. I had the exact same order yesterday and it was made properly, so this was very disappointing.
I called the store to let them know. The employee told me she did put the stuffing in, but I explained that although I believe she tried, the filling didn’t actually make it into the puffs. I could tell she was getting annoyed, so I ended the call without resolution.
Then I opened the cappuccino crisp box and saw that the toppings were barely there, and again, I couldn’t taste the strawberry stuffing at all.
This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. I work hard for my money, and when I pay for stuffed puffs, I expect to actually get what I ordered. Unfortunately, the lack of care and pride in preparation has pushed me to stop coming back here. I suggest others choose a different location if they want their order done properly.

It was the worse ice cream cone I have ever had. The cone was so stale and the place is filthy. I will never type foot in that place again. My stomach was so upset 😡

I had such a wonderful experience at Mr. Puffs! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious fresh, tasty and exceeded my expectations. I really loved it and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!
Best spot for hangout. Love the deserts here moreover staff is also very friendly.

Mr. Puffs is hands down one of the best dessert spots I’ve been to. The puffs are always fresh, warm, and perfectly crispy on the outside while soft and airy inside. The variety of toppings and sauces is incredible there’s truly something for everyone. I especially loved the hazelnut chocolate and cookies and cream puffs But what really stood out to me was the outstanding customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming. They took the time to explain the menu and make great recommendations with a genuine smile. Even during busy hours, the team kept things moving smoothly while making everyone feel valued. The store was clean and well-organized. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a treat that hits the spot and a team that truly cares about your experience!

Let me start by saying the product of the puffs are delicious and generally speaking the customer service in store at this location is great. With that being said, my frustration level is a little high because I went into the store the other night picked up dessert for my family. Had a great experience and decided that this would be a great product to take to my clients for Board meeting. I studied the menu and I had planned to stop in pick up some fresh product and take it to my meeting because their sign says 11 AM on the door clear as day. But turns out they open at 12. There is no notification on the door and when I was leaving the store the previous night I said I would see them at 11 and they all smiled said see you tomorrow. Now I have to scramble to find a new product to take to my meeting. I get frustrated with franchise owners when they don’t think about their general public.
