I visited the Vaughan location for the first time and would strongly suggest skipping the drinks—unless you’re into swamp water. I returned mine, and the staff member added more "flavour," but it was still a watered-down, sour mess. When I mentioned again how unpleasant it was, he simply shrugged and said, “That’s how they’re made.” Definitely not impressed with the customer service at this location.

I’ve had these puffs a few times now and they’re amazing! Always fresh always warm always tasty. It’s a nice place to bring a sports team too after a game instead of doing the typical ice cream stuff. There’s a lot of space to say. I highly recommend the salted caramel and the cookies and cream puffs.

We went there on grand opening day. My husband ordered a small ice cream Sunday and a ice cream cone with sprinkles this cost $10.50. What an outrageous price for just two items. I would have rather went to Costco at least I would have had a treat too. The small Sunday we thought was going to have real strawberries on it but they put the tiniest bit of strawberry sauce on a very tiny bit of ice cream. Don't waste your money here.

This was the first time trying Mr. Puffs and one thing I can say is that it’s amazing and I would definitely go back there! Me and my brother went and got two milkshakes which was 16$ and a couple cents and we were short and they said it’s ok and just took the 15$ we had. We got some puffs also specifically the strawberry cheesecake flavour! My server name was Mamerwt and you should definitely check this location out!

The puffs were fresh, warm, and perfectly coated—pure deliciousness in every bite. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and Kiran’s warm smile made the whole visit even better. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re craving something sweet—you won’t be disappointed!
