I ordered a turkey sub with just mayo lettuce and cheese from this location from Uber for my birthday as a special treat for myself. I undoubtedly order the simplest food aswell, so when one ingredient is left out it affects the whole experience. To also be charged all these additional fees through Uber aswell then not be able to get it rectified by them because its a third party delivery service is frustrating. I hope thise review will serve as a good reminder to be extra thoughtful when preparing the orders. If the simplest order is too hard to follow I can imagine others might have had similar expirence. Very disappointed.
Occasionally I humor, the what I presume is automatic response to my review and reach out with regards to my expirence and communicate my concerns as they request in the response. As I guessed complete waste of time, five days now and nothing. Don't bother clearly they are more interested in profit than customer satisfaction, I dont think businesses realize anymore without a positive customer expirence they would eventually have no business. The sub I got was a disgrace: stale or even frozen bread that crumbled, wilted or minimal veggies, and toppings that came in half-measures.

Mr. Sub has been around for a long time now and the staff are very talkative and kind, honestly I'd recommend it over subway any day. The cookies and brownies are amazingly tasty as well!
