Avoid this location if you’re a person of colour. This location is purely racist and doesn’t need your business. may be even the owner has guided them to treat people of colour this way. you will feel like food thrown on your face the way they treat you. no smile, no eye contact , no interest shown by this white girl with piercing on her eyelid. as a customer i greeted her but reply was so cold. sandwich was made like she is a robot probably trying to go back on her phone as she made sandwich in seconds although no other customer inside. This was the second time i went after a year gap but i won’t be returning back.Instead,Go to beaumaris location.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I’ve delivered to this location and there were dirty mens underwear hanging by the rear entrance. Why would there ever be any kind of underwear hanging anywhere at any food establishment. This place also smells really nasty. Indescribably disgusting.

Opened the door and realized it’s 2 minutes to close and was about to leave as I didn’t want to be an inconvenience. The guy working tonight invited me back in to make my sub and had such a good attitude. That’s so rare to see and made my night.

The quality has drastically declined, and even the bread now lacks the quality I've come to expect from Mr. Sub. As a loyal, recurring customer, I'm very disappointed and will no longer be returning. Your staff needs to be retrained to ensure all bread options are available as soon as the store opens; customers shouldn't have to wait for bread to be ready. Additionally, food advertised as hot should not be served cold. The quality seems to worsen even further on the weekends. Please address these quality issues immediately, or you risk losing more customers.

Great tasting healthy subs at Mr. Sub. The service was outstanding and friendly! The store was clean. The tuna was nice, could taste the fish it was not overpowering you could taste the sauces!
