A business a reflection of its owner and its manager. When a manager loves what they do it shows in the team and the environment. I had an opportunity to meet Tonia, the manager of this Mr. Sub location, and I can honestly say that Tonia’s love, passion, compassion and care is embodied in every employee she has chosen to work at her store, the freshness of the bread, the meat, vegetables and cookies, the cleanliness and decor of the store, and the service provided by each employee. I mostly prefer to eat food from restaurants where my food is cooked in front of me because I like to be conscious of everything that is going into my food and into my body. One of my favourite restaurants to eat from is Mr. Sub because they have all my favourite vegetables and seafood that I can’t get at other sub places. I am truly grateful for the fact that one of my favourite restaurants is less than 5 minutes from my house and I know that my food will always be fresh and prepared in a clean environment as long as Tonia is the manager and Ashley works at this store and I never have to worry about my food. Didn’t get the woman’s name but she was the manager she was great and the woman that made my sub was kind and put the spicy sub sauce on the side for me to try as I’ve never had it before. Food was 10/10 everything fresh. The store it self was clean and just the entire service was great. The manager mention about the location being top rated and I honestly say I understand why. I look forward to going back and getting my sub from this particular location. Went back again today- (December 23rd and I got the manager’s name shout out to Tonia she is the best of the best. I go for the food and her cause she is just amazing )

I had an issue with an order, I was told by the employee that the manager would call me. She never did, I called the store and spoke to the manager the next day. She was never told anything.. I explained the issue, this lady was AMAZING, she was hands on, went above and beyond to correct the issue. I felt like someone, not just some person that placed an order. I had to contact her boss, and let him know what an asset she is to his business, because you don't find service like this now a days.. Thank you to the Manager Tonia, of Mr Sub at 10886 hurontario st.

Had placed an order online and although it wasn't ready on time (they were very busy), Ashley made sure to keep me informed. I mistaken her for one of the owners as she really cared about customer service, something you don't see from employees that often nowadays. Keep up the great work.
For the owners, consider hiring additional staff as they were out of mushrooms and green olives , the first time I've seen this at Mr. Sub.
