today is July 3rd, it was about a week ago I went into this mr sub, I would just like to say something major has happend since my last visit a week ago. I went there to get a steak and cheese and was told that they don't have the sub available tonight, then the employee told they also don't have any roastbeef, I ended up settling on a Louisiana black pepper chicken sub, unfortunately they didn't have alot of toppings available, I usually get black and green olive on my sub they didn't have either one. I was totally shocked at my visit tonight. As I was leaving the store the customer after me also tried to order a steak and cheese and was told the same thing I was told.

A business a reflection of its owner and its manager. When a manager loves what they do it shows in the team and the environment. I had an opportunity to meet Tonia, the manager of this Mr. Sub location, and I can honestly say that Tonia’s love, passion, compassion and care is embodied in every employee she has chosen to work at her store, the freshness of the bread, the meat, vegetables and cookies, the cleanliness and decor of the store, and the service provided by each employee. I mostly prefer to eat food from restaurants where my food is cooked in front of me because I like to be conscious of everything that is going into my food and into my body. One of my favourite restaurants to eat from is Mr. Sub because they have all my favourite vegetables and seafood that I can’t get at other sub places. I am truly grateful for the fact that one of my favourite restaurants is less than 5 minutes from my house and I know that my food will always be fresh and prepared in a clean environment as long as Tonia is the manager and Ashley works at this store and I never have to worry about my food. Thank you for your service.

Didn’t get the woman’s name but she was the manager she was great and the woman that made my sub was kind and put the spicy sub sauce on the side for me to try as I’ve never had it before. Food was 10/10 everything fresh. The store it self was clean and just the entire service was great. The manager mention about the location being top rated and I honestly say I understand why. I look forward to going back and getting my sub from this particular location. Went back again today- (December 23rd and I got the manager’s name shout out to Tonia she is the best of the best. I go for the food and her cause she is just amazing )
