Went in Friday night to get the family some subs. We do prefer Subway however Mr Sub was close. Glad I went family said the subs were really good. The lady making the subs Ashley was super nice and helpful. She made the experience even better. My family has requested we make more trips to Mr. Sub in the future. Thanks Ashley your amazing! ?

I come here at least 3 times a month as I work in the area. Every time I have gone in I'm greeted with friendly staff and a clean well kept restaurant. The food and service is top shelf. Thank you Tonia and all the staff for doing a great job.

This is the only MR. SUB that we will go to, and yes the quality of subs are great, BUT the level of service is beyond top notch! This past weekend my daughter celebrated her birthday so we purchased a platter. The manager Tonia was beyond exceptional. Not only did she come in on her day off to ensure our order was correct, she even bought my daughter a birthday card and balloons. On top of this she sorted everything in a manner which was very considerate (of religious / allergies etc) and also followed up the next day. On top of this she even threw in some extra treats for my daughter. This is not a one off - the level of service provided by Tonia and her team at this location (10886 Hurontario) has always been too notch. They are friendly, attentive, polite, clean and very very customer centric. Companies that rely on a customer base and service can learn a lot from this team. We are very appreciative of Toni and MR SUB - thank you for always making us feel special and thanks for making my daughter’s birthday amazing!

AMAAAAAAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! TONIA was sooo funny and kind. Good people still exist in customer service and their name is Tonia. But let's not forget the meatball sandwich I ordered, it really was great!! , she did not lie, the meatball actually tasted like meatballs, I was soooo shocked ?. I am converting to Mr. Sub.
Ordered for Saturday staff lunch, all was organized, Tonia the manager even came in on her day off to make sure all went smooth for us. Thank you to her and her staff!

This store is the best Mr. Sub I have EVER been to. The food is amazing and FRESH. I loved the employees that served me, Shannon And Mckenna the MOTHER AND DAUGHTER TEAM❤️ I loved how they made my subs and how respectful they were towards me and my husband. The store is also very tidy, No dirt or dust in sight. Thank you again to the mother and daughter team for a great experience. I will DEFINITELY be back and i will tell my friends to visit.
