Best experience I have ever had .on today’s evening I ordered spicy breaded chicken sub and it’s really very yummy . The guy may be the owner of the store he is such a nice person and the girl ( nisha )who is working over there she is very nice and innocent. That was my first time I visit over there but they guide me in such an efficient way. Super best sub , customer service, and specially the owner . 10/10.

I ordered a sub from Uber,when it arrived the bread was so stale looked like bread crumbs.When I called the location she assured me it was baked in the morning but they agreed to make me another.So I had to drive there ,no problem.The second sub,she told me she baked fresh bread 30 minutes ago.Total lie .I asked to speak to the manager ,she called and spoke to the manager over 5 minutes in Thier language .To tell me call Uber if I wanted a refund.Why lie to customers ,total garbage.The picture I took is the second sub outcome ..another bread crumbs affair

I came to this Mr Sub as it is down the Street from me but I gave the coupon to the girl and she just looked at me very strange I didn't relize that I had to tell her the Kind she just said what kind I said oh Ham.then just walked away to the bread area so I followed I am a Senior so sometimes I don't think she was no polite I am the one who said hi how are you then she bent down and said how are you so after I got my Sub I went and got my Chips and I could have taken a bottle not the can but I don't steal she wasn't watching then I sat at the table another Employee had her feet on the side shelf and she had no socks plus she was leaning on the table this is SHAMEFUL Your Employees are Terrible then the girl was getting a Sub from bread section she was wearing a mask but she still coughed on the bread I Will Never Go to this Loction on Main and Nanwood the tables were not cleaned they just sat on their Butt's. I didn't enjoy my Sub.

I pulled my car into the spot this evening (July 22nd) after 9:35pm. I can see the employee in the back using the broom or mop before myself & daughter go in.
She puts the mop down, comes out and grabs gloves 😬 I said, "are you not going to wash your hands? You were just mopping, I saw from the window." She said, "No, I wasn't mopping, I just took the mop and put it to the other side." 😵💫 I said, you still need to wash your hands regardless if you were mopping or not, you were touching the mop handle which isn't clean, even if you're going to use gloves, you're using unclean hands to put them on." She legit seemed annoyed at me for having her wash her hands.
After she returned from washing her hands, she had an attitude. She said, "I turned the grill off, I can't grill." (There's still 20mins until close, this grill shouldn't be off, I'd understand if a bread type wasn't available at that time, but the grill should be until close) I just decided I didn't want to have more attitude from her and said, I don't want my sub grilled.
She basically rushed putting my sub together, yes I understand it's nearing close, but you're still open until 10pm, provide proper customer service and lose your attitude girl.
After she wrapped my sub, she kinda tossed it on the counter that when I returned to my car, my 9 yrs old asked if she threw the sub because she was mad that I asked her to wash her hands.
She needs better training in hand washing, food handling and customer service.

I just live up the street so it was nice to have a mr.sub close by, however the bread is horrible not fresh at all it crumbles as they are cutting it and it crunches and falls apart as you eat it Terrible I'm am 62 years of age and grew up eating mr.sub and this experience was terrible I have given them the opportunity 1/2 dozen times no more !

I've been traveling a lot and I always miss Mr Sub and this location delivered it was delicious and even though they don't have regular breaded chicken breast the spicy one was perfectly fine and super delicious everything was efficient fast and deliciously cooked

I am a regular at country-style. The girls work their butts off!! The staff are charming and always smiling. The franchise owner and his wife are always here. Very hard workers.The best bagels and muffins!! Great coffee. Lovely energy.

Gone there a few times as close to my house. They have always limited supplies. I order my favorites, not available. Tired of this place. Even the food doesn't look right maintained. Quality is not there. Staff is cheap on toppings, can't even understand them when they speak. Seemed confused how to prepare a sub. Love Mr. SUB but not this location. Parked inside a gas station looks messy there. Not my cup of tea.
