Horrible wait time 0 customer service skills… we came in waited to pick up food we told them were here for pick up… lady didn’t realize let someone else come and order. Then we had to go again to say we’re here for pick up and she didn’t remember we spoke to her already… food came and it was wrong order…

I placed an order the day before for pickup and was assured by the person I spoke with that it would be ready. I ordered party trays for an event scheduled for Sunday at noon.

When I arrived to pick up the order at noon, the store was not open and no one answered the phone despite multiple calls. The website says they were open and the sign was on and This left me scrambling at the last minute to rearrange food for the event.

I have genuinely never experienced service this rude, aggressive, and dehumanizing anywhere, not even at chaotic downtown Toronto clubs. The complete lack of respect, empathy, and professionalism from both staff and security made this a truly terrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs

Great food. I was a able to order food gluten free due to be being celiac. Great place.

Decided to take my wife and kids here for Mother’s Day. I called in advance and ask if they had room table if 6. The lady responded yes servers and tables are ready. We got there shortly after, nobody greeted us when we walked in, we were uncertain what to do, so we just took a seat at a table.

We were the only ones in the dining area in the center of the restaurant we could be misssd. We were right infront of the bar. After nobody came to service us after waiting 15 min we decided to leave. The servers saw us. We were noticed but never acknowledged.
Horrible.

We hosted a milestone birthday party at this location, and everyone had a great time. A huge thank you to Ama for helping to coordinate the event and to Alyssa, Natalia, Sariya, and Christian for going above and beyond, and being so accommodating to help our event run smoothly. We received so many compliments on your food especially the short ribs and pepper shrimp! The DJ was flexible and worked with our requests...

The staff was so nice, food was great, and atmosphere was perfect...Thank you so much!!

Came to Mystic with a couple of friends to have some drinks and appetizers. Food was amazing and the service was as well. Natalia did a great job in welcoming us and providing us excellent customer service. Will be back soon!

Ordered a bunch of food to be catered for my baby shower, they had it ready at the right time and all the food was delicious, no complaints from any of our guests, all the food was halal too which was mandatory for us, reasonably priced as well. Staff was awesome and greeted me at the door like family. Place looks amazing inside would definitely go back to see the vibes in the evening but would highly recommend just for the food alone!

Christian provided excellent service, was fast and friendly

I had a great time at mystic lounge.The server who served me, His name was christian, he was fantastic.My drinks that I ordered was made to perfection.Presentation was ten out of ten.I would recommend this place to anybody else.I do want to say a special.Thank you to christian for making my drinks and giving me the great service that I can experience first time at this restaurant and man, I'll tell you I'd be back here for many more times thank you again to christian

I had such a great experience here! Food was delicious for a great price, they also had a DJ, creating a very fun and energetic environment. My server Christian, was Absolutely Amazing! He has fantastic customer service skills, very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Would definitely come again 😊
