March 29 2024 . I was at the club from outside from 11pm and I watched the bouncers only let people in only if they pass a money. I have lots of money but we're directed to the line up. I was in the line till 12:50 and I still never got in to the club. By the time I enter it would be last call and club would be closed. So I took 29 of my friends and went somewhere where party don't stop. If you want to run a club business. Your clientele is what makes you money. 29 x beer and rum and scotch. Cover charges ect. You lost alot tonight. Change your business practices. I have an update for apr 13th me and 30 friends and family had a blast at mystic. We had 10 bottles at our vip booth and many other drinks. Some went to bar and all over the club. When we can't come in you had lost minimum $4000. For 3 hrs . Lots of other clubs made money from us. Ps don't trust coat check they lost a tna jacket and gave it to someone else. They owe us atleast $110.

If we're going to keep an event, we need to do better, I stood for over 2 hours kn the cold waiting to get into the event. Understaffed at the door and pour customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone attend there events. Or be prepared to wait outside for hours,.

Found this place by accident a few months ago and have been back almost weekly since. Great food, reasonable prices and friendly staff.Have become regulars for our server Meghan who always does an amazing job!Highly recommend if you are looking for great, authentic Caribbean food And a great atmosphere.

Worst Place ever! Bad service, Water down drinks, aggressive security and rude staff.And a $5 mandatory coat check which they keep your jacket unless you are leaving for the night, so smoker have to freeze, since when do places hold your jacket as ransom. Never going back here.

The first time I went in and picked up the food myself it was decent enough for me to try it again .You guys can only fool people outside of our culture with this stale food . I ordered through Uber and trust me they refunded every dollar . You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.I tossed the rice out and fed my dog a piece of chicken I even felt guilty doing that to my dog ?NEVER AGAIN .

Always polite and welcoming. The food is excellent and the staff is on point with making sure everyone has a great time! Best pepper shrimp fried rice!
They hosted my sons baptism. The staff were super accommodating. They helped me with the decor setup and clean up. This was SO helpful as my hands were full with my baby. They also accommodated the food since my family does not eat too much spicy food.I cannot say enough great things about them. I will love to host my future events here.Kid-friendliness: Very helpful staff always provided me with hot water to warm up my sons bottle.
