This place is truly excellent. Their products have such an incredible taste that you will not find in bottled products at the grocery store. My only issue is a significant chunk for their product contained foam from blending the fruits. Now, this is understanble but I just wish there was a way of filtering this out because once the foam settles, the bottle I purchased was not full to the brim. I would love to come back to this place in hopes they will read this review and fix this small issue. Otherwise, they are better than their competitors in the mall.

Firstly, I wouldn’t even send one star and had a really bad experience today. I ordered a mix fruit juice, but what I got looked more like a thick smoothie instead of juice. The taste was salty, dull, and totally off. When I told them I wasn’t okay with it and asked if they could make it sweeter or more like a real juice, they said that’s how it always comes. That answer alone already showed how careless they were.

Secondly, the staff there had no idea what they were doing. One of them tried to “fix” my drink by adding sugarcane juice or something, but the result was even worse. It tasted like garbage 🤮🤮~and I honestly couldn’t drink it. They didn’t even seem to care or listen properly to what I was saying — just confused looks and zero responsibility.

Furthermore, when I asked for a replacement, they didn’t follow any kind of customer service policy. Usually, most places offer a full or partial refund if something goes wrong, but not here. Instead, I had to pay the full amount again for another drink, which is completely unfair. It’s like they just wanted to take money without caring about what customers get.

I noticed how the staff kept looking at each other, as if waiting for someone to take charge — but no one did. It clearly showed that no one there has proper training or authority. The menu says natural juice, but what I received looked and tasted like anything but that. It was a total waste of my time and money.

Conclusion, this place doesn’t care about quality or customers. They only care about making money and pushing out whatever they can sell.

*I really hope the owner sees this and asks their staff what’s going on because this kind of service is unacceptable and hope I will getting my refund for waste juice- if he know the value of money. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone.

Love their soursop and real tropical fruit selection but the cashier's could be more friendly and offer a bit more fruit and less juice
