couldn’t take 2 minutes out of their day to put a slice in the oven, was exactly 2 minutes away asked them to do it so i could be in and out as i was busy but told me they couldn’t, as well as had multiple different answers regarding if they had the slice available. 0 regard for convenience, used to purchase from here almost every week won’t be coming back again. Whoever was on the phone, was rude and acted like I was stupid for making such a request.

They have bad customer service they take the wrong orders
This place used to be New City Pizza, and I was a regular customer for years. Since the new management took over and renamed it New Star Pizza, everything has gone downhill. They gave me the wrong pizza, and instead of making a fresh one, they offered to “fix” the old one — completely unprofessional. The new owner was rude and dismissive when I raised the issue. On top of that, the pizza tasted terrible, nothing like it used to. When I asked for a proper bill, he only gave me the debit machine receipt. I’ll never be coming back again. Disappointing and disrespectful service.

There is no washroom at this establishment. I went in and purchased two slices of chicken pizza. Once I hit into one of the slices, I felt something sharp hit my teeth. There was still some bone left in the chicken on the pizza slices.
