New York Fries Shoppers World Brampton

Needs more work done. Customer service is no good.

I have been eating New York fries from last 10 years but these guys are serving food with like they do not care about consumer.Sorry to say but one of the worst experience I ever had in this location.The fries are not crispy at all the quality of fries is not good.I ordered large veggie fries and was not able to finish cause of the quality of the fries is worse.

Chicken noodles are just gross.

All time favourite. I specially go there for poutine.

Tried vegetarian fries. The taste is fine.

Normally I dont comment but the quality compelled me. Probably the worst fries and poutine I have ever tasted.

Worst fries ever.Order butter chicken poutinne When I open the box all I could see was potato skins. There was no gravy just plain chopped up chunks of potatoes.Total waste of money.

Taste, quality and quantity all have dropped significantly. It will be better to make fries at home and eat with ketchup instead of paying 5 times here.

Awesome food with awesome people!!!

Came in Friday, ordered myself a regular classic poutine. Received from this really kind lady with glasses and black hair, customer service was astounding. Food was incredible. If I was able to give ten stars I would. Def coming back for sure!

Recently I visited New York Fries, Shoppers World branch on Saturday Nov 2nd and I'm very much happy with the service this store provided me. I order a Double bacon cheese and their veggie Poutine (my all time favorite) and the quantity and quality of food was awesome. There was this guy with spects working there alone at around 11 in the morning and the customer service he provided me was somewhat to be appreciated. He offered me a sample of their butter chicken fries which was something sweet and I liked it.Though I doubted that his long spiky hair didn't fell in my poutine because he was not wearing proper cap :PWell i h ope to see such service in future as well.

Friendly staff, awesome food and clean environment. Will recommend anyone who likes to eat good food with limited budget

The place is disgusting. The lady with the glasses put gravy in a cup and she didn’t cover it properly so everything in my bag was soaked with gravy. She didn’t even double cup the gravy. She seemed like she didn’t want to work and she was rushing to put the fries in. She needs to be fired immediately. Poor customer service. They need to hire better workers because she’s horrible!!!!!!!
