My experience at the Bramalea location of New York Fries was phenomenal without a doubt. My friends and I were served by Joy, and she made the visit unforgettable. She even remembered us from our last time there, which made the interaction feel so genuine and personal. That small detail went a long way in making us feel appreciated as customers. Joy created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. She was attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. My friends and I felt comfortable and happy the entire time, and it really turned a simple outing to get food during school, into something special. Her friendliness made the food taste even better, and we left in such good spirits.

My experience with this New York Fries in Bramalea was so fun. The food was great and we were served by this great worker named Joy. Joy was so joyful and she made our poutine with love and joy. This employee served our fries so friendly and continued to have conversations with me and my friends. She remembered the last time we came and our order which was also a fun time because we shared a bunch of laughs. Overall, it was a satisfying meal, and Joy's service definitely made it a memorable experience.

Update went from being able to scan your caa card now they need to swipe it as of late all companies have been ripping off customers and always coming up with excuses to not honor or aim it to the paying customer sad
