I recently visited **Odd Burger**, a fully vegan restaurant, and my experience was a mix of positives and a few letdowns. The restaurant itself is quite small, so the dine-in space feels a little tight and not the most comfortable for longer meals. The food, while creative and 100% plant-based, tasted fairly average. For a place that markets itself as a unique vegan option, I was hoping for bolder flavors or something that stood out more. On top of that, the prices felt a bit steep for what you get, making it seem a little expensive for the overall value. However, one highlight was definitely the service. The girl working there was incredibly friendly, helpful, and joyful, which really brightened up the visit. While the food may not have blown me away, the welcoming staff and the fact that it’s a dedicated vegan spot still make it worth trying, especially for those seeking plant-based options.

It was my first time here and it won’t be the last. The service, the food, the atmosphere, everything was incredible. Today I visited with my husband and father, and the overall experience was so good. We got our food on time and it was so delicious and the customer service by the girl working there was wonderful. She was so friendly, welcoming and helped us to place order. Her recommendations was absolutely right. The fries supreme, famous burger, vopper and strawberry milkshake was so delicious that I would definitely be coming back with my family and friends. The food and service really made our day.

I’m a huge supporter of Odd Burger and have been going to their Vancouver location since they opened. As a proud vegan, I’ve always felt confident bringing others along and recommending it. So when I was in Brampton with my family, I was genuinely excited to take them there — I spoke so highly of it and was looking forward to sharing a great vegan meal with them.
Unfortunately, the experience was a complete letdown.
We started calling the Brampton location at 8:15 PM to place an order, but no one picked up. We arrived at 8:45 PM and were surprised to find the doors locked. A staff member eventually came out and said she didn’t hear the phone ringing — which felt more like an excuse than an honest reason. She did let us in and agreed to take our order, but it was rushed, and the quality was far below what I’ve come to expect from Odd Burger.
Our order was incorrect and incomplete. We were missing onion rings, and the ones we did get were over-fried and barely edible. The tacos I ordered were cold and undercooked, with hard cheese & center and no warmth whatsoever — as if they were taken out of the fridge and served directly.
What was most upsetting was seeing my family so disappointed. I had built this up as a reliable, delicious vegan option — and instead, it turned into a frustrating and embarrassing experience. I truly expected better.
I’d really appreciate a refund for the meal, and more importantly, I hope this situation is addressed by management so other vegan customers don’t walk away feeling just as disappointed, especially when introducing others to what should be a great plant-based experience.

Ordered through Uber eats. Food was uncooked garbage. Got the buy one get one free famous burger combo. Upon inspection looked like the patties were only cooked for a brief second on one side. The cheese slice was in its original form and wet, just falling off the Patty. The lettuce was in a slurry with the big Mac sauce and it was just plain gross. As a vegetarian I would expect more considering they're catering to a niche market. I'm fully willing to support other fast food vegetarian restaurants and initiatives as this place won't get another penny from my family. Insert generic AI corporate response below and continue to do nothing to rectify the problem. Disappointed would be a gross understatement. Do better instead of sweeping it under the rug and continuing to poison people under the guise of vegetarianism.

If you’re looking for standard fare fast food—burgers, fries, alternatives for tenders, tacos, breakfast sandwiches, etc.—Odd Burger’s menu has a lot to offer. Definitely more expensive than other fast food options (unfortunately common for vegan restaurants) but their options are tasty, restaurant is clean, and it can be a nice treat sometimes.
I've been to this location several times and every time it is a great experience. There are so many options and the service is friendly and efficient. Kirti was working today and yesterday and she made our food quickly and it was delicious. I highly recommend Odd Burger for any vegans and vegetarians.

Their pizza, their burgers, anything else that isn't a side absolutely sucks and this is why people hate vegan food is that these places exist. What do you need to do as a company is getting non-vegans to taste your food and 90% of them are going to say it's crap and as much as I love being vegan this is just not it
