Im usually pleased with Oishii Tea. But today I didn't get what I ordered correctly. Only noticed the mistake after reaching home. See picture. Ordered Mango slush and got instead some kinda mango juice. Didn't appreciate the mistake.

Worker there lacks of energy (or maybe just the one I encountered today) I ordered matcha milk tea with tea jelly 30% sugar with NO ice, but she served with ice instead. I then notified her that she made a mistake, she scoop out the ice and added more water to top it up. Ended up super tasteless super watery. I would definitely have let her know how bad it is if I have tasted the milk tea before leaving the store. I hope they make better milk tea usually, cuz mine was THE WORST MILKTEA IVE EVER HAD!

Not very impressed. The smoothie tasted watered down, and the fruit didn’t seem fresh.I was disappointed with my visit. The smoothie lacked flavor and had a gritty texture, like the ingredients weren’t blended well. Service was slow too.For the price, I expected something fresher and more balanced. Moreover after calling to store, the store girl was not admitting about the bad drink, I didn't ask for any refund. Moreover, the store girl was saying you can go to another store.
Ok girl,, there are so.many other options, lost your permanent client.

Service was so shitty , staffs are busy chitchatting to their friends instead of serving customers. I’ve been waiting for our orders and it take so long thats why I followed up and they ended up giving it to different customer and they were telling me i need to wait for another 20 minutes for their tapioca. I ended up getting my refund. Such a waste of time!!! Clearly staff aren't paying attention. manager must review with your staff and please check the camera. It happened on today (sept 29 2025) around 6:30-7:10pm.
Been here several times, decor is great and drinks are decent, but I always ask for less ice, and they always add a regular amount of ice, if not more. Sucks because it waters down my drink fast, and if I wanted lots of ice I would've said so while ordering. Not sure why the simplest of requests has never been honoured.

They significantly reduced the size of their daily promotion but kept the price unchanged? Disappointing to go there as they can't keep their loyal customers happy. If you reduced the size, then the price should also be reduced. Shame on this place.

We place an order online and they made a huge mistake. We pay for 2 and got 1 drink only. Also, we ordered lychee green tea large and we got brown sugar pearl milk tea, we paid 20 bucks and received only one drink which is some disgusting milk tea. Very bad. Please do not order online from this store. They wrote wrong order number on the receipt and we got the wrong order. I am lactose intolerant and this is what am getting even after paying. This is a huge mistake. Someone got our 2 drinks for free.
