Mans just touched one of my old-time favourite pubs in Brampton—nah actually Bramalea, put respect on the OG name 😭—and fam… straight disappointment AGAIN. Food quality is cooked, finished, done. This my third or fourth pull-up post-COVID and it’s officially confirmed: this place ain’t what it used to be.
The glory days? DEAD. Bread pudding? Gone. Meatloaf? Packed up. That consistency we all counted on back in the day? Buried. Every visit feels like mans is gambling with my appetite.
Smells like new owners came in and started touching bare things they shouldn’t—same movie, different location. Another Brampton classic getting ruined in real time. Hurts my soul to say it, but mans gotta keep it honest. This ain’t it anymore. 😤💀

I come here monthly for the food and a social chit chat group the food is amazing and adds to the atmosphere and enriches the time spent with friends and the staff are very attentive and like a family

Oscar's never disappoints. Whenever I have a craving for ribs, wings or a steak I will never go wrong with choosing to go to Oscar's. The staff are friendly and fun. The daily specials are great too. However be prepared. The place is loud and may have live performances as well as karaoke.

Our group of six has been coming to Oscars for quite a few years and have not often had to complain. This night the band started at 20 after six tuning their instruments making too much noise when this music should start at 8:30. If anybody in the staff cannot control the band coming in and just let them do what they want you will lose customers
