Worst experience ever at Osmow’s. I went in at closing time and the three staff working clearly couldn’t be bothered. I ordered Chicken on the Rocks and they served me the tiniest amount of chicken possible. The grill was already being cleaned, so they were obviously saving the chicken instead of serving customers.
Closing time doesn’t mean you get to cut portions and rip people off. If you’re still open and taking orders, at least give proper food. This was lazy, unprofessional, and honestly disrespectful. Never coming back to this location.

Ordered takeout at the Chrysler Drive location My order was Lamb on the Rocks only to discover when I reached home that they gave me Chicken Had to drive 20mins back to that location to rectify the order and they burnt the lamb. Wasted both my time and money getting food at this location. Will never go back there or advise anyone to purchase food at this location. Extremely dissatisfied

I’ve always liked Osmow’s, but this location left me very disappointed. According to Osmow’s policy, you can get 3 toppings on Chicken on the Rox and students can get student discount at any store. I’ve had no issues at other branches, but here they refused to give the toppings, acting greedy and ignoring customer requests. When I politely mentioned the policy, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive, behaving as if they were doing me a favor instead of providing proper service. It’s really unfair when a franchise doesn’t follow its own rules and treats customers with such disrespect. Definitely not coming back to this location.

This is by far the most pathetic service I’ve ever experienced. My order was already placed, but because there was “no name,” these geniuses refused to give me my food. Ever heard of cross-checking the order number on the receipt with my phone number? Apparently not. Instead, they just stood there acting clueless.
And for the refund? They claim I’ll get my money back in “one day.” Sure. With this level of incompetence, I doubt they can manage even that. Absolutely terrible management and zero common sense.
