I visited this Osmow's location in Brampton after seeing high ratings on Urbanspoon, but my experience left me puzzled about the positive reviews.
Upon entering, I noticed the specials outside, particularly the Student Special, which includes chicken shawarma, fries, and a pop for $6.58 + tax. When I asked for the Student Special, the staff seemed confused and directed me to another employee. After some back and forth, I ended up ordering a similar special that was a dollar more, as I didn’t want to argue.
While waiting for my order, I noticed the food area needed a thorough cleaning, and the toppings didn’t look fresh. When my order was ready, I was surprised to find two chicken shawarma wraps instead of fries. The staff admitted they charged me for the wraps without clarifying my order, leading to a $13.96 bill. I was frustrated but didn’t want to make a scene.
The communication from the staff was poor, and they seemed unaware of their own menu. As for the chicken shawarmas, while the portion size was decent, the quality didn’t compare to my favorite spot on Keele Street in Toronto. The shawarma had more dark meat and was overwhelmed by excessive sauce, masking any other flavors.
Overall, this will be my last visit. Between the poor communication, upselling without my consent, the dirty environment, and the subpar product, I recommend looking elsewhere for better shawarma.

First time here. My son comes all the time because his school is close to this location. Very nice and attentive staff. Greet you with a smile. Thankful for that. Decently cleaner than the location on sandalwood and bramalea, pleasant atmosphere. Will try the chicken shawarma poutine and will review about the food after. Keep it up!!! I am waiting for my order while giving them a review.

Lamb saj was really good, tender, not dry. Kids liked their beef and chicken on the rocks. Plus drinks. Paid $63 for 3 people. I would give it 5 stars if they had a recycling bin.

This used to be the best osmows location in Brampton but me and family will not step foot in there again now... a couple weeks ago we ordered : large chicken on the rocks with feta extra chicken and pita all the extras plus we always tip ... the chicken was under cooked and tasted like rubber we ate some of the cold rice but all chicken was thrown away... we were promised by employee 2 free chicken on rocks next time we came in . We go every week so we are frequent customers ...the employee was making our free food we were happy .. then manager tells employee they only can get 15 % off? After we were promised free meal to accommodate the ones that were so gross they ended up in garbage.
Clearly they don't care about customers or customer service . We were VERY GOOD customers been going there for years but we will not be back . I hope the little bit of money they saved by declining our free meal for there mistakes was worth the money they have lost by losing loyal paying customer .. very disappointing

Food was so pathetic and the chicken they use totally tasteless and old chicken like we can’t even chew .The sauce they use so smelly literally bought 50 dollars food but totally waste of money never coming back.

I was excited to dig into my large Chicken on the Rocks, which I had ordered for delivery. The first few bites didn’t disappoint—the chicken was flavorful, and the garlic sauce hit the spot. But as I continued, I realized that beneath the tasty top layer was a whole lot of rice. Despite paying extra for more chicken, it seemed to be in short supply. While the food was delicious, the portioning was a letdown. Maybe dining in at the restaurant would offer a better balance—something I might have to explore.
