I have been visiting this location continuously for the last 2-3 days, and during every visit the heating system has not been working. The restaurant is extremely cold inside, making it very uncomfortable for customers to sit and dine. With the current weather conditions, including snowstorms and freezing temperatures outside, this situation becomes even more concerning. It is difficult to understand how employees are expected to work in such conditions for long hours. This issue is not acceptable and should be addressed immediately. If it is not resolved soon, I will be forced to raise this concern with the health department.

This is my favourite osmows to order from!! l always get the chicken on the rocks platter and there’s always plenty of sauce and the portion size isn’t stingy and the rice is never crunchy.
