I ordered Doritos with chicken on the rocks but they sent the order with no Doritos, when i called them on 11 July (Friday) at 2:01pm for this issue they talked very rude (Even their manager) and on asking they refused to tell the names. Still my issue is not resolved.

Somehow, we felt this Osmow’s franchise was different from the others. We ordered chicken shawarma on sticks, and it was so good that we drive 20 minutes every time we crave shawarma. We prefer to order in the evening because we’ve tried a few times during the day, and it wasn’t as good as when we’re served in the evening or at night. During the late evening, it tastes different, and the quantity is also better.
Also tried their new walking shawarma Dorito mix chicken shawarma. It has a unique taste and a blend of both worlds. Highly recommend it when you need something on the go.

Just ordered a shawarma box from them. They sent someone else’s order to me. I never order onions on my box it has onions pita breads and other stuff that i would never order. Seems like they just get rid of other orders like this. Pathetic attitude!

Put old fine chopped onions on chicken on the rocks. Should be sliced onions. I paid extra for this and it ruined the meal. Also the server was very rude. Asked for here or to go, I said for here and her response was TO

i’ve been ordering from this specific location for as long as i could remember for take out and delivery, and never in my life have i ever seen my chicken on the rocks with NO SAUCE!! i even ordered it with little spice, lettuce AND hot peppers. how is this even possible? this should be the most easiest order to make… whoever made this order, please pay attention. so unacceptable!

They ask u for double the price in store but show half pricr on menu online. Never coming back,
