Honestly, very disappointed with this location. I went to Osmow’s at #5, 120 Clementine Dr, Brampton. While placing my order, the server told me they didn’t have turnips, pickles, or hot peppers — which was already a letdown. Still, I ordered a falafel wrap and a falafel on the rocks. It took them more than 30 minutes just to prepare my order, and when I finally got it, the wrap looked like it was made a long time ago and the falafel on the rocks looked half empty. They didn’t even include cutlery, napkins, or ketchup. When I reached home and opened my food, I realized they made it spicy, even though I clearly asked for mild. It’s so frustrating because I know how Osmow’s food usually tastes — I order regularly from other locations and never had this kind of issue. I get that there was a special offer today, but that shouldn’t mean customers get poor service or low-quality food. If you’re short on food or staff, just be honest instead of playing with customers’ expectations. Really disappointed — not coming back to this location again.

Eat here if you wanna end up in the hospital. i actually got sick and had to throw the food out. Got my shawarma, took one bite, and saw a pond of oil at the bottom. poor portions and taste as well. This place used to be good but really fell off. What a waste of money
