I ordered a SAJ box and was very disappointed with the quantity. The wrap was super thin and there was barely any chicken in it. Osmow, you need to step up your game. Other shawarma places have much better saj. I will never go to Osmow again.

Hi, I need to report a serious quality issue with the chicken shawarma wrap I ordered today. I eat Osmow’s regularly from many branches, and I have never experienced something this bad.
The mozzarella cheese in the wrap was stale and had a completely unacceptable taste. On top of that, the wrap fell apart immediately as soon as I opened it — I hadn’t even taken a single bite.
This is far below Osmow’s standards, and honestly, it was the worst wrap I’ve ever received from any location. I expect this to be taken seriously and looked into right away.
