This place is great and staff is also good but today I ordered a chicken on the rocks which was not cooked properly. Otherwise i visit here frequently and its a great place but dont know what happened today

I visited this Osmow’s location and ordered a falafel wrap, but I was given a chicken wrap instead. As someone who doesn’t eat chicken, this was very disappointing. And she was not accepting that she made wrong wrap.

Went first time . My husband ordered flafal and they just give rice and flafal nothing else no dipping no salad in the flafal. I went back and ask the girl that you charged 14$only for rice and 4 piece of falafel. Then girl said customer have not asked them . My question is what if someone come first time in store and you just charged him 14$ only for rice and 4 piece of falafel only . If my husband did not ask them they Can ask him for salad and sauce on top . Very bad experience and poor customer service as well
