I know it might not even be their fault because upper management etc. but I think it's time we let go of Osmows cause look at this BS, they literally sprinkled the chicken over here. It looks like a damn "rocks on the chicken" - hold the chicken please. I beg you please to go to your local family owned shawarma shop they'll respect you and your hard earned money a lot more. Like cmon man I spent $15 for a box of rice and garlic sauce.

Worst Chicken Shawarma Poutine Experience – Avoid This Location!
I recently ordered from Osmow’s Shawarma at 25 Brisdale Dr #3, Brampton, and had the worst food experience of my life. I ordered my go-to item, Chicken Shawarma Poutine, which is usually my top pick when I don’t have time to cook. Unfortunately, this location has consistently disappointed me, but due to time constraints, I decided to give it another try. Big mistake.
Here’s what went wrong:
Watery Gravy and Garlic Sauce: I specifically asked for extra gravy, but what I received was tasteless, watery gravy that seemed diluted. The garlic sauce was no better—thin and flavorless, completely unlike what it should be. Wrong Cheese Used: Instead of curd cheese, which is a standard for poutine, they used mozzarella. Mozzarella is unsuitable for poutine and, when not properly cooked, can cause stomach issues. Overall Quality: The dish lacked the rich flavors and textures I’ve come to expect from a proper Chicken Shawarma Poutine. This location clearly cuts corners, compromising the quality and authenticity of their food. It was a waste of my money and left me thoroughly disappointed.
To Osmow’s management: This location urgently needs to address these quality issues. Subpar food like this tarnishes your brand reputation.
To fellow diners: Save your money and avoid this location. There are better alternatives in Brampton that deliver the authentic Osmow’s experience.
And yes, I had to throw away whatever you can see in attached picture, I could only had some of the poutine since I was really hungry, otherwise I would have thrown all of it.

Is this the way to treat your new customer really disappointed from the service as my friend suggested to visit i visit very first time and order chicken on the rocks with extra chicken still in return i get less chicken with leftover rice in the bottom why u guys charge 6.99 bucks for extra chicken if you don't wanna put it very bad customer service and quantity of food

I ordered food from them and that looks not fresh to me. The man and women both yelled and said this is what we have. Thr food was literally soggy, low in quantity and salad was not fresh. Please don’t waste hard earned people’s money here.

The worst osmows I’ve ever been too. I thought it would be once or twice they made it bad but every time I’ve been there it’s been terrible. Bones in the chicken and the flavour was just disgusting. I genuinely am obsessed with osmows but AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!
I went to this location on Wednesday and ordered chicken on sticks around 7:40 pm the girl on front desk gives you a scary look like why are you here . She needs proper training on how to welcome guest. Food is good as always but atmosphere was 0
