Very Bad experience. Got really disappointed because of the food quality. I have tried Chicken on the rocks from different locations, but this was the most worse ever I had. Very less quantity of chicken and sauce. Never gonna buy from this location anymore. There were 3 staffs, none of them were focused on their work. I have ordered even from pretty busier osmows branches, they never failed on their quality.

Used to love coming to this place. Came in earlier today for an order and there was 2 girls and 1 guy working. The girls were in the back chatting it up while the guy was up front alone. Mind you there was only 2-3 people in the store so I understood it to an extent. But when my order takes about 10-15 mins that’s kind of upsetting. The I ordered fries and yes they do have to make them if there isn’t any on hand. But the girls in the back could’ve helped him out or at least just put the fries in the fryer while he took care of the other 2 orders. Attitude in the work area is otherwise great everyone always has a smile but I think they could work a bit more efficient.

I ordered falafel ozbox today and it tasted so bad. Rice tasted so bad. Never had this issue before. I’m so disappointed. I Spent 25$ on food and it didn’t even taste good. I had to go get something else and throw this in garbage. Worse food i ever tried.

Such a poor customer … never coming back to this place for food. Chicken was totally cold and they were arguing that noone is complaining . I dont care about other person. If I’m paying you i need my food to be hot not the cold. I will never recommend that place to anyone . Never visit here
They guys offer best food serivices . The shwarma here is best .The staff working here are also too good. They are super friendly and respectful. You Must try the wraps here. I would recommend everyone to do a visit.

I recently visited Osmow’s, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The food quality has noticeably degraded. We ordered three boxes, but the food was bland and lacked any seasoning, especially salt. In fact, one of my friends left her meal unfinished because it was tasteless.
To make matters worse, I found a hair in my bowl, which is completely unacceptable in terms of hygiene. When I called to complain, I was told that I would need to bring back the entire box for them to remake the meal. As I live in Caledon, it was not practical to return to the restaurant, and they suggested that I could come back the next day. It’s unreasonable to expect a customer to keep a food container overnight and then make a trip the following day for a replacement. This response added to my frustration.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements in both food quality and customer service.
