Very Bad experience. Got really disappointed because of the food quality. I have tried Chicken on the rocks from different locations, but this was the most worse ever I had. Very less quantity of chicken and sauce. Never gonna buy from this location anymore. There were 3 staffs, none of them were focused on their work. I have ordered even from pretty busier osmows branches, they never failed on their quality.

osmows is good but this one isn’t. i’m standing infront of the employees and they’re too busy packing orders for skip even though no one’s there yet. absolutely dead faced employees as if they being enslaved. Foods hella cold. absolutely wack service.

Used to love coming to this place. Came in earlier today for an order and there was 2 girls and 1 guy working. The girls were in the back chatting it up while the guy was up front alone. Mind you there was only 2-3 people in the store so I understood it to an extent. But when my order takes about 10-15 mins that’s kind of upsetting. The I ordered fries and yes they do have to make them if there isn’t any on hand. But the girls in the back could’ve helped him out or at least just put the fries in the fryer while he took care of the other 2 orders. Attitude in the work area is otherwise great everyone always has a smile but I think they could work a bit more efficient.

I ordered falafel ozbox today and it tasted so bad. Rice tasted so bad. Never had this issue before. I’m so disappointed. I Spent 25$ on food and it didn’t even taste good. I had to go get something else and throw this in garbage. Worse food i ever tried.
