I ordered it online through uber eats got hairs in chicken half and half i recommend not going here they dont know how to make it and no cleanliness i tried calling the restaurant and some one on phone is like ohh thats uber mistake they will refund you and i was like you are the one prepared the order and there was not even any courtesy to replace the order so dont go there specially this location

I have been having Osmow’s since I have been here in Canada. And hands down I have had the best chicken on the stix till now. A very charming and softly spoken guy Aqil works here and I DONT KNOW WHAT HE DOES SO SPECIAL TO MAKE ANYTHING, I am so surprised on how with the same ingredients taste can be so different. He has got some powers, lol. THE BEST CHICKEN ON THE FRIES I HAE HAD. Thanks to the guy.

I have very good experience with all other osmows shawarma location but steels and main I tried first time and it was just waste of money and i stayed hungry rice was not cooked properly apart from this hot sauce is smelling Very very bed i don’t recommend anyone to go this location and there were two girls working talking each other rather than listening to customer and forgot to give spoons to take out order. Thank you.

Worst place ever, i ordered large shawrama, the girl name simran she messed up the whole order, literally the worse ever tasted , called her to complain. she literally said i can come back to pick up again , i went there . the guy at front muhammad was interrogating me like i am scamming em, showed them transaction and phone call records,still making excuses. Made me feel like as if people would scam them for $10 shawarma. Mistakes can happen atleast own up to them and fix them.
