Environment is good clean but food is very bad I bought shawarma super very high price but it was full of vegetable not meat i mostly go to Osmow’s but this one is the worst one as advice for Osmow’s lover please find a place where Arabic people serving not other because they know how to prepare a shawarma

WORST SERVICE EVER From next time if you guys are not in mood of serving, refuse to serve so we can go somewhere else to have quality food. I called you to complain about food, which you made wrong for me, you said you guys gonna check recording if I ordered it wrong. I did no paid for wrong food. I asked for chicken on french fries not on the rocks. There is clearly diff in the words. On the call you behaved like I did some sort of crime so you gonna check video recording. GREAT JOB. even by mistake me and my friend not gonna come to this location. The Girl over the front counter really need some training on customer service. Thanks for ruining my food and evening. I Had to order it again from different restaurant. THEY Made it really well.

Extremely bad experience. I ordered just shawarma chicken on the side 5oz through the Osmows app for take out. My husband had picked it up from the store. As soon as i opened the box i saw it was less in quantity. Measured it on food scale to make sure. I got only 4oz. Upon calling the store the employee said she gave 5oz and little more over it. She was clearly lying and when i asked her if she wants me to come to store with the chicken and the scale in -17°c, she was like sure you can come. Spoke with manager over the phone, so he was like he will check the cctv to check and will refund me only if cctv shows it. No trust, no respect, just pathetic answers...
