I waited 40 minutes, no long lines just the 3 woman doing my order sooooo long., they were just chatting, laughing and busy talking to each other to the point that it took like 3 minutes just to put that sandwich inside the bag because the staff doesn’t put it in in a normal phase because she was busy chatting. My migraine already attacked me because I was so hungry waiting. Very inconsiderate, unprofessional and slow moving staff. Please be attentive to your job ladies!

We recently ordered from them for our school graduation ceremony and the service was outstanding! The food was fresh, appetizing and exactly as ordered. They exceeded our expectations. Will be a repeat customer for sure, well done!! We ordered from Giselle at the Bovaird and Torbram location and she was an absolute sweetheart to deal with and went above and beyond!
Had their Soups ( Clam Chowder, Cabbage), Pizza Slices ( too many to list) and store-baked breads. Very good.

Meat counter butcher manager was very rude, cranky, wouldn’t serve me, sent out a kid to serve me who took the signage of the lamb chops and changed it to the more expensive price of wingettes! Completely disgusted as this WAS our home store!

Hello to all the foodies I am back with another disappointing review . I had to do some grocery shopping at Fortinos and on my way out decided to grab a sandwich from Pane fresco located inside the store they seem to carry a variety of gourmet sandwiches like porchetta prime rib ,turkey .chicken parmesan and many others deli sandwiches .including a hot table with some pre made choices. I decided to order the freshly made porchetta sandwich ..they slice the meat in front of you and make the sandwich. The meat there looks very fresh hot out of the oven .. Food 3/5 let's discuss the porchetta sandwich since I have not tried any other offerings there that looked really good also...I was very disappointed first off with the portion size very small ..I would say that the amount of pork inside sandwich was ok but in my opinion should of been more generous would of made a better presentation and value at least with such a small bun ...the pork itself was tender moist and flavorful not bad but lacked the fatty cuts as porchetta normally is so bit on dry side ..but the worst part and my reason for 3/5 score was the bread was either old or just over baked way to crusty and hard I couldn't even finish the end of sandwich cause I couldn't bite through crust way to hard..so overall I wont be ordering the porchetta from there again not a good sandwich for the value you pay and poor quality . Service 4/5 the servers were attentative but took 15 min waite time to get my sandwich with only one person ahead of me ...

Disappointed with the taste of the food. They have a large selection of sandwiches and soups. I tried two different sandwiches and soups today. None of them were delicious. The quality of the ingredients seemed okay but the taste was missing. Tried fire roasted peppers & tomato soup and Thai chicken soup. Both were very average. For the sandwiches, we tried mini primavera sandwich and crispy chicken sandwich both were sub par.
