Fortinos is a great place to shop—clean store, well-organized, and high-quality products. The staff are friendly and the selection, especially in the bakery and deli, is excellent. Only downside is the prices—they’re a bit on the higher side compared to other stores. But if you’re looking for quality and a pleasant shopping experience, it’s worth it!

They have halal certification sign at the front of the hot food area near entrance. As a Sikh we cannot eat halal slaughtered meat. Me and my brother always come here and are life long customers. I am sad, but unfortunately we will not be coming back.

If you want to catch the latest virus you can try eating from Pane Fresco at the Quarry Edge in Brampton location. The food handling is unhygienic and unsanitary, cross contamination is very likely. They use the same 'gloved' hands to hold and handle meat, other food and equipment, and they do not change their gloves. There are utensils lying on the counter that should be used to hold the meat but they use their hands instead.

Rude staff. We ordered two Nutella bombolone and two chocolate iced cappuccinos around 7 PM today, April 24, and the young lady serving us was extremely rude. She did not respond when I greeted her, and she just stared blankly while I was ordering. It also took her 40 minutes to prepare two small iced cappuccinos when no one else was ordering. Very rude and disappointing behaviour.
