I canceled my order because of an issue with my account balance, but Paranthe Wali Restaurant still deducted money from my account without any valid reason. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating, as I did not receive the order yet was still charged. I expect a proper explanation and a refund as soon as possible. Because of this experience, I am very unhappy with the service and will not visit this restaurant again or place orders through Uber Eats in the future unless this issue is resolved.
