Customer service wasn’t on point, very rude. There was no spice or flavour to the jerk chicken. Also, the rice had no flavour or salt paste. I said thank you to the server, and all they had to say was “mhmm” . Please just have manners and respect for your customers the same way they have manners and respect for your service and your team at peppers shack.

Pepper Shack is one of my go to’s for Jamaican cuisine, The seafood is absolutely delicious with so many food options to choose from always fresh and perfectly seasoned. Their jerk chicken is packed with flavour and cooked to perfection, and the fried chicken is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside just the way it should be. The portion sizes are generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth. I've never been disappointed with a meal here. If you’re craving authentic Jamaican food, Pepper Shack is the place to go!

ive never liked fish much because of all the tiny bones but since finding this coconut snapper fillet meal ive been addicted to it. it should be added to the menu daily lol

I used to come here often especially the soup. They started giving me more soup then food so I stopped. I went again for soup giving another chance. Pure soup and 2 shrimps?? Gotta do better to fill your customers belly and spend the money. Not going there again!!!!

What I should have done was call the Brampton food inspector when they sold sour (spoiled) beef in their red peas soup, 3 Saturday’s ago. And now when you want a small food they use some weird excuse to sell a medium or large. Done with this place!
