I was so excited to try this place with my brother and when we walked in the whole place was filled with smoke from the kitchen! We were concerned at first but the only guy who was working there didn’t seem to be. He had airpods in, having a conversation with someone on the phone.
He was nice enough, greeted with a smile but uhhh when he bent down… Let’s just say I was mooned, hair included. Immediately turned my stomach. To top it all off, when we opened our food in the car there was a long hair in mine 🤢

We ordered through Uber eats because of there 2 for 1. And they ripped us off with the amount they give. They are trying to scam people because of the 2 for 1 deal. The size wouldn't even fit a toddler. Someone even paid 10 dollars just for a bigger size

I selected BOGO on the sandwich, but that's not what I got, I GOT ONE SANDWICH. Called the restaurant, they only argued. The deep fried cheese curds are hallow. EVERY ONE.

Prices are high for the portion size and the quality of food. This cannot compare with Philly Cheese Steaks in the USA. It is still open really late at night which gives you another option instead of other fast food chains. I had high expectations when I tried it for the first time. It’s not bad, but it’s just okay.⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food was great, the counter help visibly rolled his eyes when we chose to eat in instead of take out. What was most notable was that ethnic music note suitable for a Philly cheesesteak restaurant was playing for nearly our entire visit; the music stopped right about the time one of the counter staff finished his shift and went home. Perhaps management should let employees know what type of music is appropriate.
Parking: Parking is shared with several other restaurants and a laundromat
food tasted great, seating was not enough. went with a 2 of my buddys and we had to sit at separate tables because the only have seats for 2 people a table. not the end of the world though. One thing though is the pop bottles in the fridge were like all expired. i told the worker that my drink expired 8 months ago. He quickly came to help and looked in the fridge to get me a new drink but they were all expired. he thought the dates were manufacturing dates but i showed him my friends drink which wasn’t expired and had the date ending in 2025. so after a minute or two he found one that wasn’t expired. Food though was good and filling just keep an eye on the expiry dates if you decide to grab a drink.

Horrrrrible location. I absolutely love philthys but this location needs to close down. The guy working looked soooo dirty. He had flies on him. He also didn't know what he was doing when taking my order. He put everything separately, not helping me even save a dollar by making it into a combo. I know my prices and how much I should be charged, as I often go to different locations. I just told him to cancel it and walked out. If I could give 0 stars, I would've....
