I've ordered Pho with different cuts of beef, medium rare beef, brisket, beef balls, and beef flank. I have not been in the store, I've always ordered online but every time I receive the food it's always consistent, always great tasting. Pho Bo Saigon is hands down the best spot for pho in Brampton! The broth is rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of aromatics. The portions are generous, and the meats are always fresh and tender. The service is fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Whether you're craving a warm bowl of pho or some delicious Vietnamese spring rolls, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend!
This is the go to Viet place when everything else in the area is closed. For some reason on a Saturday, other places close at 9pm, but this resto is open until 10pm. The food here is ok, but a high degree of msg. Enough so that a bowl of pho makes my teeth itch.
I can only comment on the pho. One good thing about this restaurant however is that they have chili oil as a condiment.
