Great Food, Great Service. Only bad part is parking. Plaza has limited parking spots.

The food WAS authentic and fantastic without a doubt. They recently underwent a massive renovation and I was afraid they wouldn't open up again.
Since then, the quality has dramatically declined but the heartbreaking part is how the owners now treat long time loyal customers.
I've been a regular for 12 years, I tip 25-40% every time. The owners know me by voice and definitely recognize me when I'm able to walk into the physical location.
They don't care about their customers anymore. They're current offerings taste like leftovers, when they're busy your requests fall on deaf ears and the worst things is that they send food from the kitchen without confirming it is in fact correct to what the client ordered.
I ordered twice today. The first time they completely omitted a large item. I called And spoke to the owners who recognized me as a long time customer and told them of the issue. I placed a second order for an appetizer and they assured me that my original missing order would be included.
Nope, nothing. When I called back they said they were too busy to help me. Now I'm just gonna order McDonald's because I'm really hungry.
A real shame, they WERE fantastic

Favorite Pho place. They have rebuilt the entire restaurant after an unfortunate fire. Its brand new and looks great and the food hasn't changed! Been visiting here for over a decade. Family owned business.

This is not my first time in the restaurant but I was highly disappointed this time as they tried to charge me more than what my actual bill was. As I stood by the counter ready to pay, the server was charging me $80 without giving me a receipt. When I asked for the receipt, she started to scratch down on the piece of paper and the total came to $75 and some cent. They charged $5 for the coconut juice without letting us know the price. On top of that, the large size pho was barely enough for 3 people. We got the special pho and did not see any tendon in there as to having the only reason to choose the special. Again, highly disappointed with the way they stated our bill costs more and tried to charge us more than what we were supposed to pay for and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone who isn’t looking to pay more for their bill!

The dish I ordered was not the dish I wanted. They told me after dropping the bowl in front of me. If you don't hand clear glass noodles. Tell me when I order. I would have ordered something else. It was full of noodles not much else. I eat alot of Viet food as I'm part of the community but this was a bad experience cause no one said anything. Jus5 assumed I'd eat what was not ordered. If that happened in Vietnam? Damn hell would break loose lol!

So disappointed with customer service. We went here with our kid and asked for a table for 3. We were refused to be seated on a table for 6 because according to the lady at the front, we don't need the big table. She pointed us to the long table (divided into three parts). We struggled to fit in the table as only two can sit across each other (there were condiments as partitions). We couldn't fit our daughter in. She just watched us figuring out how we can fit ourselves in the table! Until we just snapped and walked out the door. Never going back to this place. We felt very unwelcomed.

We came as a family of three, including a toddler, and the lady (worker) refused to give us a proper table. They insisted we sit at a tiny table even though there were several open tables suitable for 3–4 people. It really felt like they didn’t care at all that we had a little child with us.
When the food came, the rice was the worst I’ve ever had — soggy, wet, and almost like pudding. Completely inedible. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend eating here. You’ll get what you pay for! Cheap as serving and service. Just go to PhoMi66 near steeles. Better than this store.
