I placed an order on Uber eats at this store and cancelled immediately after the delivery time was 1.5 hours long when I was initially told it would only be 45 minutes. The store still charged me for the item as they claimed they already started the order. I will NEVER come to this location ever. Unmoral business practices.

Place is extremely smelly of a foul scent. And very dirty inside. Lady at the cash doesn’t comprehend simple instructions. We told her we have a mushroom allergy and she proceeded to still use the same exact spatula. Then the chicken falls on the counter which is dirty she picks it up and puts it back onto the pita. So we asked her to re make it and explained how disgusting that is. And she just smiles as if she’s not fully understanding hygiene and cleanliness. Like you’re dealing with FOOD. Take extra precautions. I dont know like this deserves zero point zero stars. Do better. Hire people who actually clean. Cause this place is very her gross and needs inspection.

Such beautifully made pita by Ashwarya, lovely environment, staff is amazing and always helpful and friendly. The pita is beautifully served and prepared. I will definitely visit here again.

Poor service , unprofessional service by both ladies employees .She packed 2 wrong pitas and give us one of their Uber order instead of my own ordered pitas . They can’t recongnise the orders .They all are very confused seems like it’s their first day . Time was 6 Pm on Sunday 18th Feb . Very very disappointing and never ever will go to their store any more to get the poor and unprofessional service again . Be careful guys !!!!!!

Every time I go their before closing time I reach around 8.50pm even though they said close and all the oven and grill tava closed and they are giving a excuse to close on 9 pm so but I don’t understand their math bcoz if your closing time is 9 then you can not say no to anyone before 9 pm you have to serve the customer so very bed customer service all the time
