Place is extremely smelly of a foul scent. And very dirty inside. Lady at the cash doesn’t comprehend simple instructions. We told her we have a mushroom allergy and she proceeded to still use the same exact spatula. Then the chicken falls on the counter which is dirty she picks it up and puts it back onto the pita. So we asked her to re make it and explained how disgusting that is. And she just smiles as if she’s not fully understanding hygiene and cleanliness. Like you’re dealing with FOOD. Take extra precautions. I dont know like this deserves zero point zero stars. Do better. Hire people who actually clean. Cause this place is very her gross and needs inspection.

Poor service , unprofessional service by both ladies employees .She packed 2 wrong pitas and give us one of their Uber order instead of my own ordered pitas . They can’t recongnise the orders .They all are very confused seems like it’s their first day . Time was 6 Pm on Sunday 18th Feb . Very very disappointing and never ever will go to their store any more to get the poor and unprofessional service again . Be careful guys !!!!!!

Worst place to eatFirst of all i asked for cheese burger and she is giving me pita, again i told her i want cheese burger but she was not ready to listen, lastly just to avoid argument i said okThen i found stapler pin in pita and chewed that and now my tooth hurtsI showed her the pin and she looking at me like i made a mistakeLastly place no good for sitting, so much irritating noise

Every time I go their before closing time I reach around 8.50pm even though they said close and all the oven and grill tava closed and they are giving a excuse to close on 9 pm so but I don’t understand their math bcoz if your closing time is 9 then you can not say no to anyone before 9 pm you have to serve the customer so very bed customer service all the time

I ordered a small shawarma wrap, and to say the least it was disappointing. Barley had any shawarma in it, felt like i was eating a dry veggie wrap. Wrap was extremely small and laked flavour. Spent 12$ for an absolute disappointment. would not recommend this place. go to the subway next door.

I went to Pita pit first time on Mississauga road, brampton. I found that they were not interested in taking customer. I feel like that location is going to be closed permanently and they are selling last left over food. It was extremely bed service and I asked for brown rice and she intentionally put white rice, bowl was filled 30%. Well I had great experience in USA. This location was very cheap. I don't suggest to visit there.

I'm giving this location a 5 star review purely because of the young man who served us. Blake was by far the most professional, courteous, efficient, kind, and overall proper worker. We'd never visited this place before and he was informative and made suggestions, and a pita that 100% satisfied our hunger and taste buds. What a great guy! It's my opinion that he should be a manager as his customer service skills are impeccable and I could see him running the place. He made our experience one that would definitely bring us back just to have him serve us again. Thanks Blake for your amazing service and yummy pita!
