If I could give this place zero stars I would. I took advantage of the big one get one free on uber. 2 regular pitas , what a steal right?
When I get the order I know immediately somethings off. For those that know, a regular pita is quite big - much larger than your Mcdnonalds or Tim Hortons wraps. They are hefty and a very very nice meal - this was not that. Both pitas came with barely anything in them. It was ALOT of pita, a little bit of lettuce, and a little meat. That’s it. They were much thinner than a can of coke.
I called the store to complain and “say hey what happened” and the Manager was the rudest person alive. She will cut you off mid sentence, interrupt you and not even listen to you. Her lack of humanity is appalling, that it gets beyond frustrating. She would only say “contact uber” and would not listen that she sent me a small instead of a regular. She couldn’t accept that she made an error and would rather fight you than try and resolve any issue. I would not order from here. The manager is beyond rude and she truly lacks any form of compassion. All she had to do was stop talking and listen to what the customer is saying and we would have found a resolution. She can’t even LISTEN to you. Our entire office was present during the call and we all will not order here again.

I recently stopped by at this Pita pit location, and it was such a delightful experience ! I customized my pita with fresh veggies and grilled chicken, and it was bursting with flavor. Highly recommend the falafel bowl with extra hummus! Also appreciate that they offer gluten-free pita options.

Really poor experience at the pita pit today. They only had one staff working so it took 45 minutes from the time we entered the restaurant until we left. The food was rushed so the meat in my chicken shawarma was still cold. The woman working really seemed to be doing her best but would not recommend when they are so understaffed

Absolutely the worst Pita Pit I ever been too. For the amount of money I just paid both my co-worker and I couldn't finish it was very disappointing. The topings for the bowls includes sauces, if your putting un on top, however if your like me and want to eat your food hot, and not soggy when you get home or wherever and you ask to put it on the side ina container you have to pay extra?? If its included in the price I should have to pay extra to put it on the side. If I want extra side then thats understandable. Never again going to this place. The Slovakia was ,i don't know what it was, but it wasn't chicken. It was mushy, had corn and rice in the meat. Save your money or go somewhere else.
