I just ordered a chicken souvlaki pita on uber eats and it was the nastiest food item I’ve ever received from a restaurant. What a waste of money. This place should be shut down. Old wilted lettuce and everything just mushed together in a disgusting lump. Chicken not fresh. beware!! Don’t order from Pita Pit.

Arrived at 11am (the posted opening time) and the store wasn’t ready. Doors only opened at 11:05, and it was obvious nothing had been prepped—took until 11:35 to actually leave with my order. For a place that’s supposed to be quick, that’s unacceptable. Toppings like vegetables that were on display were wilted, and turning brown. On top of that, parking here is nearly impossible. First impressions: not good at all.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I took advantage of the big one get one free on uber. 2 regular pitas , what a steal right?
When I get the order I know immediately somethings off. For those that know, a regular pita is quite big - much larger than your Mcdnonalds or Tim Hortons wraps. They are hefty and a very very nice meal - this was not that. Both pitas came with barely anything in them. It was ALOT of pita, a little bit of lettuce, and a little meat. That’s it. They were much thinner than a can of coke.
I called the store to complain and “say hey what happened” and the Manager was the rudest person alive. She will cut you off mid sentence, interrupt you and not even listen to you. Her lack of humanity is appalling, that it gets beyond frustrating. She would only say “contact uber” and would not listen that she sent me a small instead of a regular. She couldn’t accept that she made an error and would rather fight you than try and resolve any issue. I would not order from here. The manager is beyond rude and she truly lacks any form of compassion. All she had to do was stop talking and listen to what the customer is saying and we would have found a resolution. She can’t even LISTEN to you. Our entire office was present during the call and we all will not order here again.
