We order a large pizza half veggie and half pepperoni(see attached picture) with no sauce. When we called they were very rude and offered us no credit or solution. They wanted us to drive there even though we offered to pay delivery fee. They said bye and hung up and said they can’t do anything even though it was their fault!

I was literally fed up of watching bad comments. I visited this place and I came here from Alberta to travel. One of my friend recommended this pizza store. There are two girls Sara and Jaskomal , they provided me the best service and both were very friendly. I don't know about others but I recommend to visit on sunday and have your best service from these staff. ♥️♥️ ..

I order Pizza from this James Potter location every Saturday, One thing I can say about this location is that their Pizza tastes very good. Their customer service is outstanding, the two girls, Jaskamal & Sara who work their are very polite and professional. I definitely recommend to go and check this location out.

I would not suggest any of my friend to visit this store or have food
Today I went in the store with my friend and the girl who was serving us and she was making faces while serving like she was forced to provide service to us.
Asked ‘clearly’to buy a dipping with my order, the girl didn’t punch it and when I came back to ask she didn’t even bother to recognize her mistake and just give a dipping, rather asked me to pay again. No thanks, not the first time same lady made our experience so terrible. never going back again.

My teenager went there, ordered half veggie, half cheese pizza... what he got on the veggie side was ONLY cilantro/coriander SPREAD OUT! I asked my kid multiple times if he actually ordered as half cheese half veggie, to which he replied the same every time. What kind of scam are these store employees running ??!! They see teens and scam them? ???
If they can't be decent enough to be honest with teen kids, then they don't deserve to be in business!!!
