The best food ever. I’ve been to a lot of other places but the food doesn’t compare to this one. I love the pizza and wings and how quick it always finishes, 100% recommend for first times!!

I went for first time at store at almost 10 minutes before closing time and the girl at the front said she can’t take my order and i was just ordering one small fries such a poor customer service will never go at this store again. She replied in a very rude tone that if you u can only take slice.

I’ve been a regular at the Brampton Pizza Depot for the last 5 years, but this visit was absolutely unacceptable. My pizza order was wrong, and when I called to fix it, the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.
After a frustrating phone communication where they just kept being in total denial, they offered a “solution” that made no sense: they asked me to bring back the pizza I had already eaten one slice out of, and planned to reheat it with the missing toppings… Is this not a health and safety concern? Also, This would have overcooked the pizza and made it inedible - an utterly ridiculous and unhygienic suggestion.
I wasted my time and gas to give them the pizza back otherwise they wouldn’t refund me.
Even after this, the owner, who was on the call, refused to provide a proper replacement or proper refund. Taking back partially eaten food, insisting I return it, and offering no real resolution shows total disregard for customers and common sense.
This, combined with visible cleanliness issues in the restaurant, makes this location unacceptable. Avoid this location if you value your time, your food, or basic hygiene.
I almost never post bad reviews (which speaks volumes) but these sorts of experiences have become way too prevalent in Brampton. Stay away from this place.

Ordered pizza yesterday, ask them twice to keep it crispy and crunchy. But, i am sorry it was not crispy at all; no doubt it was tasty but it had no crisp at all. Also, I don’t know why whenever i go for pizza from this place always the veggies are not cooked properly. Will definitely think before visiting again….

I especially came from surrey for vacations and i ever had best pizza in Canada ! The crust is thin and crispy, and the toppings are always fresh and flavorful. I especially love the tandoori panner i can my choice of toppings and dressing . The staff is also very friendly especially the front girl name (DIYA) she is so humble and kind and her smile is so cute. I will visit again with my friends and family. Thank uh for your service.

They deliver HAIR with pizza. This is second time it has happened in about a year. I rarely order from here. When I called to tell, their reply was that they can upsize my Pizza for me . That's how to treat your customer after throwing HAIR in their food.

I had an amazing experience at Pizza Depot! The pizza was absolutely delicious — perfectly baked crust, rich toppings, and that irresistible cheesy goodness that keeps you coming back for more. But what made my visit truly exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Vanshika. She was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was just right. Her attention to detail and warm attitude made the entire experience feel personal and welcoming. Kudos to Pizza Depot for not only serving one of the best pizzas in town but also for having dedicated team members like Vanshika. Highly recommended!
