We ordered three large pizzas (Tandoori Chicken, Veggie, and Tandoori Paneer) along with cheese garlic sticks, cinnamon sticks, and onion rings.
We requested for well-done pizzas, none of them were. We paid extra for double chicken topping on the Tandoori Chicken pizza, yet the chicken was on only half side of the pizza. That’s not double topping — that’s poor quality control.
The cinnamon sticks were nothing but plain, bland bread — hardly any cinnamon, barely any sugar, and zero flavor.
The onion rings didn’t resemble onion rings at all; they looked more like pakodas.
The only item that had any real taste was the cheese garlic sticks.
This place seriously needs to train their staff on two very basic things: 1. How to read and follow instructions 2. How to make pizza properly

The food is really good and I love the atmosphere and service
I ordered butter Chicken pizza for the delivery with half without veggies for the kids..they sent half butter Chicken and haif veggies with out Chicken. When I call, the store manager said can't do anything. I wish he could have answered sorry and he can make it right next time . This Happened 11:15pm. Please take action against this manager. First learn how to communicate with customer. Really disappointed 😞

The service I received from Kamal Preet was shockingly poor. He was rude right from the start, responding with short, dismissive answers and avoiding eye contact. When I asked for clarification, he sighed loudly like I was wasting his time. His attitude made the whole interaction feel uncomfortable and rushed. There was no professionalism, and absolutely no effort to provide proper customer service. Instead of helping, he acted annoyed with every request I made. This behaviour left a very negative impression and completely ruined the experience. If this is the level of service given, I would definitely not return.

His tone was sharp, and every question I asked felt like an inconvenience. Instead of offering help, he rushed through everything and made me feel unwelcome. The way he spoke came across as disrespectful and careless, as if he didn’t care whether customers stayed or left. I expected basic courtesy, but the service fell far below even the minimum standard. The entire visit felt uncomfortable, and based on this experience, I would not recommend dealing with him again.
