Are you kidding me?? I ordered a pizza through the website at 10:13 PM and received an email confirmation saying it would be ready within 20 minutes. I came to the store to pick it up. They checked my confirmation and told me it would be ready in 3–4 minutes. After waiting 5 minutes, they were still going through my order. Then they found it on their receipt at 10:38 PM and now they’re telling me to wait another 10 minutes.
If an order is made through the website or app, the store should be notified immediately. This is really disappointing. I shouldn’t have to wait that long for one large pizza. Meanwhile, other people were walking in and leaving right away with their orders that were already ready.
This is the second time this has happened, and I’m not going to let it slide again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Visited this location as I always do. Best pizza and have never had an issue except yesterday. I tried to order 3 walk In specials and they denied as apparently the owner has refused multiple orders on walk ins. There is no restrictions on the poster posted and they took forever trying to get my refund. I've recommended this location ro multiple friends and yesterday took more friends for the first time and they were refused pizza. Im baffled and embarrassed. This will be posted on all social media and review sights.
