I have ordered pizza from Pizza Depot many times. Mostly from fairhill avenue location or Williams parkway location. But this was the first time that I ordered from this particular location. The girl who attended my call for taking the order was very rude. The pizza was not as good as the other locations. When I went to pay at the location the lady was still rude at that time.

WORST location! Never order from here on uber eats! It showed me buy one get one free pizza and I clicked on it and ordered it, and it even asked me what base I wanted for the first pizza and then for the second pizza, I paid a surcharge of $1.99 for each pizza base indicating I wanted the butter chicken base. To my surprise when the order delivered I only got one pizza! Worst customer service when I called in as well and I would never recommend ordering from such a disappointing location unless you feel like paying for disappointment. Their only justification was to blame it on an “uber error”
Ordered large paneer pizza through uber eats and pizza was tasteless . No salt, No flavours, no spices in it . It was just blank . Totally waste of money .

I recently tried to order a shawarma pizza from one of your locations, but was told that they do not offer shawarma pizza. However, I knew another location did have it, so I called them directly and asked if they could deliver to my address. Unfortunately, they informed me that delivering from their location to my area was not allowed due to policy or regulations, which I understand. What was frustrating, however, was the lack of clarity and support from the first location I contacted. Instead of guiding me or offering a solution, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Thankfully, the second location took the initiative to call the nearby store on my behalf, and my order was eventually processed. While I appreciate the help from the second location, the overall experience was disappointing. I felt the first store was disorganized and did not handle my request with any level of professionalism or customer care. I hope your team can address this issue and improve the customer service experience moving forward.
