Recently i had ordered 2 xtra party pizza with the wings , the taste was amazing and it was well cooked and packed,, thou from a chinese background ,i loved this indian style pizzeria..xx

I work beside the Pizza Depot at 2060 Ellesmere Road Scarborough. And all week Mon to Fri no matter what time I go there is never any pizza slices. Been 2 weeks now that I have tried and no luck. Most of the problem is because there is only 1 staff member at any given time. Maybe having 2 would make a huge difference. Staff behind the counter always have an excuse why there is never any slices. Will think twice before going there again

We ordered pizza online but they claim they never received the order. Although I got the message " Thank you for ordering from pizza depot". After waiting for an hour we called the location but only to find out they never received any pizza order. The guy on the line was very rude and unprofessional as usually all the pizza depot customer service is. Not surprised at all from pizza Depot. Anyone ordering from Pizza Depot online MUST call to the actual location and verify if they have received your order. just FYI, we never received our pizza order ever. Worst pizza place in town, without a doubt one of the worst customer service by pizza Depot people. NEVER EVER AGAIN..

Last Friday we ordered at our corporate office and we ordered 1 extra large pizza that was veg, we had Paneer on it. The Paneer was SOO burnt and it felt like eating little pieces of rocks. So as a normal person that has PAID for their pizza would call back and let them know about the mess up. I had a genuine disgusting displeasure of speaking to this person that called themselves a Supervisor.... "PREET KAUR" one of the most impolite, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional people that barely knew any English, and who had the audacity to say I'm speaking "NONSENSE" she also had a very interesting solution to my complaint, which was take that pizza and go to the place where pizza depot made it and tell them to make you a new one. AND on top of that when I tried asking to speak to a manager, she REFUSED saying im not gonna give you to a manager, what are you gonna do about it! Like WOW!The reason why im so disappointed in this service is that my friend used to own a store for Pizza Depot and they would never ever argue with the customer. They always tried to resolve the problem, back in 2011 and they were the leading pizza store in Mississauga. I truly believe she should be FIRED! this is a CORPORATE business not a business that you run from home! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THAT PERSON! SHAME ON YOU PREET KAUR!

After last night, If I could give 0 stars I would. We registered online and ordered a pizza that we received an order confirmation for, saying 20 minute pick up time. It was around 11 pm., and when we arrived the store was dark and locked up tight. Store hours are clearly posted open until 2 am. We checked the door and waited but obviously our confirmation was useless as the store was CLOSED.Thanks for wasting our money and time.Also, dont process orders if your damn store is closed. Bad business practices guys.
