I am absolutely, insanely, completely PISSED—beyond anything anyone could even imagine. I can’t put into words how furious I am. This is so BAD, so HORRIBLE, so UNBELIEVABLY awful.
This experience was completely unacceptable. I placed an order for delivery and waited 40 minutes, only to find out it was marked as pickup. That’s already a frustrating mistake.
What made it worse was the way it was handled. Instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue, she kept insisting — almost forcing — that I had placed a pickup order. There was no willingness to double-check, no accountability, and no effort to offer a solution like arranging immediate delivery.
It’s now 4:30 in the morning and I’m still without food. I’m left hungry and trying to figure out what to eat at this hour because of this situation. Extremely frustrating and very disappointing service.

My favourite pizza place to go to in Brampton. Pizza is good with lots of topping options. Their wings are very good as well! Owner is very nice and the whole place is a good experience. You have to give it a taste!
