I have ordered thin crust pizza & mentioned it twice but they didn't listen & gave me regular. The quality is not that good anymore.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

Ordered a medium spicy pizza, which was not spicy at all! On calling the store to tell them about it, my call was transferred to half a dozen people and the solutions given were, you can put chilli flakes on it at home! Finally they agreed to replace it but wanted me to come all the way to pick it up. Have Been a long time customer, but not any more.

Most horrible customer service. Ordered a 4 topping large pizza as they only sell 1 topping or 4 toppings. Double mushroom, onions,GP. Mushrooms were next to nothing and the employee says oh we put extra in. She goes on to say we put maybe a lill here and there and then she goes on to show me the slices showing see theirs only 1-2 pcs of mushrooms. They are cheating you outright on the face and then charging $25 for a large pizza shame on you guys. Openly saying we cheat you. Never again will I buy from here or this franchise

I ordered a pizza for delivery, and honestly, it was a terrible experience. First of all, it felt like I was chewing on dust – there was a gritty crunch with every bite. I can’t even imagine the condition of their kitchen. On top of that, they didn’t mention any extra machine charges, even though I already paid for delivery. I ended up spending $30 for a medium pizza with an undercooked crust – absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever had.

I tried calling them, but they offered no solution at all. Sorry to say, but I will never order from this place again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to any of my friends either. If you want better quality and value, just go to Pizza Pizza — you can get a large pizza there for $15 instead of wasting money on something like this.
