Worst experience ever! Cant even begin to explain. My family has been ordering from this location ever since they opened and one might imagine that you built a relationship and expect some decent level customer service. We ordered two extra large pizzas and they made the most horrible way possible. I get it that the order was placed 30 minutes before closing but we specifically requested to make them good or just don’t take orders at that time if you know how lousy job you gonna do. When called to complain they handled the situation very rudely and unprofessionally. We even suggested to take the pizzas away give store credit or just the money. But they were not willing to corporate at all but just arguing the best they could. When you run a businness you need to learn some customer service. Never going there again

I feel bad for writing a bad review but the service was horrible.

Returned back after seeing a fly wandering and enjoying a pizza (in the pizza slices box).
Gave a headsup to the lady working on the counter.. She just looked at me and nodded her head 😂

Very attentive and friendly service. Gonna taste the pizzas tonight but my brother is die heart fan of your food. Will let you know but I do believe him :). Have good meal/snack/ drink/ kolfi. Just enjoy and create moments.

Do not bother ordering anything from here. Took us an hour and 30 mins to get our delivery. And that too, we had to call them about 5 times to follow up with the order. We were told 5 mins every time. Any reasonable pizza place at that point would make the order free. There is no service here. AVOID.

No doubt pizza is good but customer service is bad. We called them and they never give us a deal when we went to counter to pay for pickup and there was a deal even we pay more and they said we inform you about deal and we denied over phone. Not even want to give a single star.

I cant rate it in minus else would have given.
First of all they don’t even know how to take orders over the phone.
When i ordered over the call the total was 17.99 ( as mentioned on the google page) and when i reached there the total was 27 and change.
The funny part is they say that the online google pricing is by DoorDash and is discounted by them. (For all I know DoorDash prices are a little bit marked up than the restaurant original pricing here the case is reverse)
The girl who works there is a piece of thrash in terms of how to not just talk to the customer but in general talking terms as well. Completely uneducated and illetterate for a service industry professional (Saying her a professional downgrades the word as well)

Eat anything (literally anything) rather than to eat at this place.
Don’t waste your money and time.
There are lots of hard working and good pizza place to support to.
Support who deserves it rather than this trashy place.

Just worst order. I just order the tandoori panner pizza with shahi paneer as a base sauce but they put the tomato sauce on it. I don’t know how they are run their business if they are not taking proper care of what the customer has ordered. I will never order from this location i mostly order from another locations they are best. But this location is worst. Just recommend you to try the McLaughlin one’s location they are best in every phase. In customer service, in environment and in food service also.
