I had ordered Pizza, Breadstick and waffle Fries. The Pizza and breadstick was delicious, however the waffle fries were half cooked. When I called them, they said they have cooking time and these are like this always.

Called ahead to place an order. Got disconnected twice after 10min. Third time no one picked up. Mentioned at the store and saw no remorse. Rudely just asked me to place an order in store. Waited 20 min in the car. Absolutely no respect other people’s time.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. I tried placing an order over the phone and it took about 25 minutes just to get through. The lady on the phone put me on hold and then disconnected the call after around 10 minutes. When I went to the store to raise the issue, she responded in a very dismissive way, saying they were busy and I should just place the order now. Completely unacceptable customer service.

Worst experience ever with Pizza Hut. Ordered pizza at 6:21 pm and it didn’t arrive until 7:52 pm. The app kept showing the delivery time as 7:06 pm and was never updated. There was absolutely no communication or explanation for the delay. Tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answered the phone, and they weren’t even willing to take complaints. Completely unprofessional and careless service. Waiting over 90 minutes with no updates and no customer support is unacceptable. This was a waste of time and money. Definitely not ordering from this location again.

I even tipped 15%, but still this situation happened. A humble request to everyone – please do not order from this place. Their service was terrible.
