This is so good… the service was so good and so was the food. I asked Adrian for pizza and he gave me a free barbershop haircut for 25 cents as well and I got a lowtaper fade . I paid 67 cents for the pizza. This was great…
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience with one of your staff members, Priya. Lastnight, I ordered a pizza and wings through SkipTheDishes. By mistake, I selected salt and pepper wings instead of creamy garlic, which was my actual preference. I immediately called the restaurant to correct this.
When I spoke with Priya, I asked her to change the wings to creamy garlic. She refused, saying the wings only come with honey garlic. I then asked if she could at least skip the salt and pepper and provide creamy garlic on the side, but she told me I’d need to pay $1.50. When I pointed out that honey garlic also costs $1.50 and asked why I couldn’t simply swap one sauce for another, she still refused.
Thankfully, my SkipTheDishes driver stepped in and personally paid for the creamy garlic sauce, which I reimbursed him for plus a tip. Had I left it up to Priya, my dinner would have been ruined and money wasted. This situation was handled very poorly. A simple swap should not have been treated as unreasonable, especially when the sauces cost the same.
